Located in a deserted area, front desk was an unfriendly not wearing uniform woman, that is impossible to identify if she is the hotel worker or a customer. She was serving at the bar and made us wait until she is finished without apologise. She loudly announced our room number multiple times - not very discrete. Gate was locked after 10pm, the only way to open it is to buzz the front desk and tell her the room number, after got in she asked us our number again but we were the only one there plus the gate to the door is only like 30s walk. This made us feel the area must be unsafe, hence she announces our room number earlier when we checked-in made us feel worse. Room was a disappointment and the pillow was a joke. I couldn't sleep at all because the soft-to-nothing pillow, literally like lying directly on the bed without a pillow. AC only make noise without cooling the room, during the heatwave period this definately not helping. Check-out staff was also unfriendly. We followed the non-contact guideline to throw the keycard in the box, but got shout by the male staff that we need to tell him our room number. Oh, and all signs are only written in French, so we had to guess what to do by symbols. I would say this hotel only worth €50 per night, definately not €110.
