Couldn’t fault this hotel at all, decent rooftop pool, decent breakfast, good big room. Clean and quiet. And a very good location.

Staff are very friendly and helpful.( I had a problem with local guide and they helped me to solve the problem.) I even enjoyed the sounds of morning. (School, dogs, wedding party,motorcycle and chicken) Very clean with great cleaning services. The location is almost perfect for me. A few minutes away from beach and center of Nha Trang. Clean gym, great breakfast, great view from 33th floor and amazing swimming pool on the roof top. Room price was absolutely bargain for this kind room. I stayed suit room for 8 nights. Definitely, I will come back this hotel in the future. Thank you.

I liked this hotel. It actually has 5 star potential. However a few things need to be addressed. First may I say I found the staff to be kind and helpful. The room are nice for the price. However 2 things kind of upset me. The first thing is when something breaks you are told it will be fixed but days later it won't be. Even after asking 3 different times. Secondly, the maid. There were 2 of them and while one was perfectly fine the second one had an attitude as soon as the door opened. She would stare at me and start laughing. She'd start saying things in Vietnamese to he coworker and without knowing the language I knew she was degrading me. I don't know why but it was very obvious. I started to just take the water from her and tell her not to clean. She'd go through my trash in front of me and start showing things to the other maid and just start laughing. I travel a lot and this was a first for me. Lastly, I was there for 4 weeks. She left coffee 3 times. Shampoo and bath gel 3 times. All I 4 weeks. I don't know if she takes it home or if the hotel gives her a bonus to not leave it but that was her way of doing things. I always tip maids and I did the first couple of nights until I realized she wasn't leaving anything and I quit. I went out and bought shampoo and coffee as I could see I couldn't rely on her for anything. Her attitude alone cost the review 2 stars and if she keeps this up with other guests they need to look at making a change.

Wir haben die höchste Zimmer Kategorie gebucht. Es war das Zimmer auf der vorletzten Etage und das am höchsten gelegene mit Terrasse. Neunzehn Euro die Nacht ohne Frühstück in 2. Reihe hinter dem Strand mit Meerblick und guter Lage - so die Bilder und die Informationen. Schon die Gasse zum Eingang macht nicht wirklich einen guten. Man muss am Eingang einer Küche vorbei aus der es eher nicht so gut riecht immer mal Müll rausgeflogen kommt. Gut, da kann das Hotel nichts dafür. Ein sehr netter Pförtner hilft einem -ob wann will oder nicht- mit dem Gepäck. Er wird einen auch aufs Zimmer bringen. Der Check In ging schnell und der Reisepass muss an der Rezeption bis zum CheckOut hinterlegt werden. Den bekommt man nicht zurück. Zum Glück waren wir zu zweit so dass wir noch einen Pass hatten um einen Scooter zu leihen. Wir kamen auf der Etage an direkt an der Zimmertür ein riesiger Aschenbecher (als Nichtraucher eklig) Rauchen im Zimmer verboten aber auf dem 2qm Flur und 1 cm vor dem Zimmer erlaubt? Es befinden sich jeweils 2 Zimmer auf den Etagen. Unsere Tür ging nicht ohne Gewalt zu. Absolut verzogen. Im Zimmer dann die große Enttäuschung. Das Zimmer ist in einem Flair gestaltet, der etwas zu altbacken anmutet (das wussten wir aber schon von den Bildern), dass es jedoch schon so herunter gewohnt war.. damit haben wir nicht gerechnet. Die Podeste, der gesamte Boden.. alles schwer beschädigt und das nicht zuletzt weil es auch gar nicht richtig gebaut wurde. Das klingt vll witzig aber: als hätte ein Bäcker das alles gebaut. Barfuß laufen (was ja Standard in Innenräumen in Asien ist) unmöglich wegen Verletzungsgefahr. Ich bin in den ersten Minuten mit den Füßen öfter an herausstehenden Nasen hängengeblieben und hat mir 2 mal die Fußsohle eingeklemmt zwischen den Brettern im Boden welche nachgegeben haben. Wir schlafen immer gern auf sehr festen Matratzen aber das runde Bett war keine Matratze, es war so hart dass es eher ein Brett war. Es war auch keine Matratze erkennbar. Hat keinen Zentimeter nachgegeben. Das Bettzeug wirkte auch verlebt und die Gardine an der Terassentür (welche überhaupt nicht dicht war) hatte viele Löcher. Die Glasscheiben an der Fensterfront waren leider keine Fenster sondern mit Silikon zusammen geklebte große Scheiben. Man hört von draußen alles und das der Boden auch so aufgegangen ist wundert mich nicht, da Wasser und Feuchte hier leichten Zugang haben. Es war nicht sauber.. der Computer (Tower, Tastatur..) war sehr schmutzig.. auch der Stuhl. Die Terasse war so nackig und die Möbel aufgerissen (Rattan).. wir haben uns nicht wohl gefühlt uns wussten, dass wir hier keine 7 Nächte verbringen werden. Wir haben die Zustände an Agoda übermittelt und auch der Rezeption bescheid gegeben, dass wir dies getan haben. Wir haben nicht gepoltert.. einfach nur mittgeteilt, dass wir uns nicht wohl fühlen und alles in einem wirklich sehr schlechten Zustand ist, wir uns aber nicht streiten wollen sondern einfach gehen möchten. Accommodation - Wow, the view is really the best. The cleanliness is also the best. Usually, Southeast Asia has a musty smell, but it doesn't here. It wasn't humid, the bedding was soft, and there were so many places to charge. There were plenty of towels. Breakfast - The breakfast menu was extensive and there was a lot to eat. About 6 or 7 types of smoothies and juices? The breads and rice noodles were delicious, and the banh mi, porridge, and yogurt were varied and delicious, so I enjoyed breakfast all three days. Service - Because it was the Chuseok season, they provided traditional bread and cleaned the room while I was in the room. Instead of cleaning the room by closing the door, they quietly came and cleaned it when I left the room and kept it clean every time. The water quality was so good that I could use just one shower filter for three days haha. Additional facilities - I wasn't able to use the swimming pool, rooftop bar, or amusement facilities, but I took a quick look and the quality was very good. There is also a coffee shop in the hotel lobby with a Google rating of 4.8. Pizza for Biz and Lotte Mart are 3 minutes away, so the location is great. There are Korean staff, so check-out is easy and of course you can store your luggage, so pack your bags and travel on the last day. Overall review - ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ If I go to Nha Trang, I want to stay again and use the spa, swimming pool, and rooftop. Haha. It's 5 stars for this price... I recommend it without question.

The hotel is at the heart of Nha Trang city, Infront of public beach. The beach is crowded in early morning and late afternoon, when there is no more sun. The breakfast is quite good, with mix of western, chinese and vietnamese food types, but not a big spread.

We are an Australian couple that stayed here for 5 days. Lovely resort and facilities. The buffet breakfast was amazing. Rooms were great, spacious and clean. There is amazing views of Nha Trang city from this resort! They offer a free shuttle bus to the centre of Nha Trang at certain times which was great as there is no other shops/restaurants within a walkable distance. Taxis generally cost roughly 150,000 VND for a one way trip to the centre of town if required. The restaurant at the resort has delicious food though! They have app to download to your phone which provides information and you can order room services through. Small tip would be if they had QR code on pool side tables you could order drinks with. Currently you have to get up and go to restaurant to order, then they will bring to you. We would have spend a lot more money on drinks poolside if we didn’t have to get up each time! The staff we all friendly and all are happy to help. Overall we were very happy and satisfied with our stay here! Great place to stay for a relaxing, slow moving holiday! :)

The hotel has a very good view and position in Nha Trang beach. I and my family enjoyed our wonderful weekend here. Services is excellent. I will came back here in the future. Hotel serve poolside BBQ with a beachfront view and the open atmophere. You can see the whole beautiful drone show event in Nha Trang Festival 2023. What a nice place!

This hotel is highly recommended, even for discerning international guests. We felt very comfortable throughout and would have liked to have stayed longer. Very friendly and well-trained staff, exceptionally good cuisine and a very nice, clean and well-kept area. The sea view villas are top quality and very well equipped. We had a problem extending our booking and the very friendly General Manager took care of it personally and solved the problem quickly, easily and to our complete satisfaction. Thanks a lot for this! There really isn't anything to complain about here at the Hotel Amiana, which is why we give it 5 stars, which we rarely award otherwise! A great highlight of our Vietnam trip! A big thank you to the entire staff, you guys are great! ;)
