The best Hotel/Residence in Nha Trang. Located in the center of Nha Trang tourist area with an absolute fantastic seaview/seafront balcony. The hotel is well maintained, quiet, safe and the staffs are very friendly. The service is exceptional. On locations there is a seafood buffet restaurant which also serve breakfast buffet for hotel guest or resident, and a Highland coffee shop adjacent to the hotel. The infinity pool is stunning, and gym is also great. I live there for over 1 year and half and I was a returning customer from few years ago. If you want the best location, the best seaview/seafront don't hesitate to choose Citadines Bayfront, this is the ultimate place to experience Nha Trang without any doubt. 5 stars!

The hotel is located in the center of city and beside the beach. A little crowed place but very good location. Hotel accommodation was not bad but nothing special. Unfortunately the display of elevator was wrong many times(The elevator was arrived but still wrong number of floor so confused many times)

I stayed for one day a few days ago and liked it so much that I tried to extend it for 5 days. They told me to come two days later because they said there was no room because it was a festival period. I went again and extended my stay for 3 nights. The bedding is so clean that I made a reservation for a good night's sleep. Thank you for your kind review and gave me a room upgrade. The staff are very friendly However, the towels in the accommodation are too small. I would like you to change the shower towel to a larger one.

We had a pleasant stay in this hotel for 6 nights. The front desk team and its manager Mr Thi were impressive and therefore I would like to write this review to appreciate them. They cared for our stay, responding to our requests promptly, greeting us everyday, talked to us like friends and helping us making local calls. The hotel looked new and clean, room was spacious and comfortable. Location was good and many restaurants nearby. However, there was a construction site next to the hotel that started work very early and sometimes finishing late at night. So there might be some noise if the room is near to the construction site.

Each time that I am in Nha Trang I always stay at the Liberty Central. It is very centrally located and unfortunately Mr Elvis was missing. So many people are caught overseas because of the 30 day visa requirement by the government. The staff are still fantastic and it is testament to his teaching. While the tourist areas of Nha Trang are still badly affected adversely by the Covid situation, the Liberty seems to be going quite o.k. I was the only European in the place and that is very clever marketing by the hotel and there was heaps of Vietnamese staying there. The rooms were up to standard as usual and the breakfast buffet was well up to its usual stqndard. A very big shout out to Miss Ha who is a great example of the fantastic stqff. Sure to stay there next time.

One of the best hotel experiences we ever had. We stayed 6 nights. The hotel is just 5 mins walk to the beach and has an amazing (small) pool with ocean view at the rooftop. Not many sunbeds so try to get there early. We had a room with sea view and a huge, super comfortable bed (2 single beds together). Sparkling clean modern room and the breakfast was great as well. As we are vegetarian the hotel staff went above and beyond to accommodate our wishes, preparing something vegetarian every day just for us. We will never forget how friendly, professional and genuine the people at DTX were. From the general manager Mr. Nguyen Trong who made sure to greet every guest personally in the morning and teach us some words in Vietnamese, to Mr. Nguyen Anh Quy, the F&B Manager, who is a vegan and was so kind to organise a vegetarian breakfast for us, gave us restaurant recommendations and took amazing care of us. Another wonderful person was the lovely lady at the reception, who literally went to the train station to help us with train tickets and we cannot forget the trainee doorman from Hanoi who was always super nice and friendly greeting us every day with a smile. We never experienced hospitality like that and we travel 2 to 3 months a year all over the world. We felt like we were at home and will definitely come back when in Viet Nam again. We usually do a lot of research online before booking long stays and this is definitely the best you can find in the area. If possible we would give 6 stars!!! Thank you for everything. I booked it for one night, but my flight was early in the morning… I stayed for 0.5 nights~ It was inconvenient when I went out to buy something I needed because they only gave me one key because I didn't have enough keys. If I take the key out, it would be inconvenient for the people in the hotel. If you don't take it with you, you'll have to use your key to get on the elevator, which is inconvenient. The front desk was dirty and not nice. Still, the room was clean, and the location was good as it was centrally located.

I like the decoration of the hotel very much, the front desk and concierge service are good, smiling. Booked an ordinary room, but seen from the balcony, the sea view on the left and the city view on the right. We are two rooms and we have connected rooms. The BUT guy is a bit tricky. After we entered the room, we locked the door, and the children played in the friend's room. After a while, we went out directly from the friend's room. The door of China Unicom was closed by friends. . After returning, the most embarrassing thing in the world appeared. Both doors were closed. The one that can be opened with the room card is locked, and the other door has no handle and no lock hole. The manager on duty looked at it for a while, but couldn't find the engineering department. The engineering department waited for a while, so we wondered how to ”pry the door”. Finally a friend used a card to pry open the door of the Unicom door. Then the problem comes again, so prying the door is so easy, there is no sense of security. . If the acquaintance next door is not horrible. Then we picked up a bunch of car keys under the bed. Alas. The roof has a swimming pool and perfect sunset. Breakfast was also very good. There are many Korean guests. Of course, there are countless Korean guests throughout Nha Trang. After reading the comments, there is a building under construction next month. Indeed, a few months have passed and construction is still underway. Fortunately, the noise is not great, so it has no effect.

My wife and I stayed at the Erica Hotel for 2 nights as part of a group of 18 on a Vietnam and Cambodia tour. Dealing with the plus points, the room was clean and well presented and the hotel was in a good location not far from shops and amenities. The downsides were that without exception the staff were miserable, not very friendly, they made no eye contact and we never received a greeting as in all the other hotels we have stayed in. In the restaurant we had to ask the restaurant staff to refill the cold milk for tea, to have hot water again for tea, to refill bread for toast, to me it would have been common sense that if you have a party of 18 English people tea and toast would have been high on the agenda to have available. I don't usually like giving bad reviews but in my opinion the Erica staff did not even make any effort.

The location of the hotel is good, 5-10 minutes to the beach or stop (routes 2,3,4,6) and, at the same time, is quite removed from the road. This is very weight, as the noise isolation in the hotel is crying - the neighbor watches TV, or the staff discusses something in the kitchen or in the laundry, or someone from the top washs - everything is heard.The window in the room is, but it is in the ventilation mine, One of the reasons for the weakness of noise isolation. The room is cleaned daily: wash the floor, change the towels, fill the hygiene (shoulder shampoo, soap, once toothbrushes and toothpaste). The staff is responsive and kind, but in Russian does not speak, but understands the word in five, with English easier. So Google translator and camera you are helping, problems are solved quite quickly. Breakfast: A decent number of dishes for choice, in 12 days two dishes changed; prosthetic average (if compared to cafes and restaurants), but saturated; quality 4 out of 5 especially liked the oat cache and ”sup with pig” (I do not recommend ”soup fo with chicken” - badly cleaning feathers). Veranda didn't work, said it was planned to build additional floors. P.S. Very convenient hotel for those who plan beach holidays and those who plan active holidays. P.S. My holidays, in general, succeeded. P.S.I apologize to the hotel staff if my review contains a lot of criticism, but wrote everything as it was on 13-24 February.
