Hotel is just super, cleaning every day, replacing towels every day, everything clean, neatly. We took a hotel with 3 times food, we were fed for slaughter. The morning was a Swedish table, not the one we used to in Turkey, but quite normal. And for lunch and dinner we came to the hotel restaurant and brought us food: necessarily a big dish salad, garlic bread, soup and second dish. Finally served fruit for dessert. Every day something new. We never regretted having taken a hotel with food. It's cool)).

We booked the hotel pick-up service and everything was great. We were able to check in early and the first impression was very good. My room was spacious, well equipped, with windows overlooking the mountains and the city. The staff were friendly and professional, especially the receptionist helped us book cheap and quality tours. It seems that our airport pick-up was handled by the receptionist. The breakfast was quite delicious and there were many dishes to choose from. There are some traditional Vietnamese dishes that I really like. The beach is about 5 minutes walk from the hotel and guests can borrow towels at the front desk. My rating of this hotel is very good and there is nothing to complain about.

Hotel room clean and spacious. AC worked well. Bathroom clean and the shower had good pressure. The housekeeping staff were like ninjas - never had a room serviced so quickly. The minibar was never on. Has a lovely pool on the 6th floor but the pool staff aren’t very welcoming. They seemed very reluctant to provide towels and were very proactive about taking them the instant you took a step away from the pool side (we were actually headed in the direction of the towel station). The included breakfast was really nice (especially the fresh fruit) but I would get coffee elsewhere. The location was a bit away from the actual centre and food. Definitely walkable. There are an enormous amount of affiliated taxis always at the front and a seemingly busy “karaoke massage” establishment on the side of the hotel. Where this hotel really didn’t do well was customer service. They were unable to answer questions about their room facilities (we had a small, easily rectified issue that they refused to come up and look at), the pool staff were rude and were happy to let conference guests be extremely loud until all hours, interfering with guests’ sleep.

The wedding trip was decided to take place in Vietnam. A long search for a hotel as the choice was either cheap but old scary rooms with cockroaches (judging by people's reviews) or expensive-rich. Finally, I found a compromise: a new hotel (2018 building) near the beach (5 minutes walk real). It is in a cliff from the main streets, but all entertainment is two steps, again plus, as there is no noise from the caraoke bars at night. There is a massage salon next to it, and shops, and cafes. We liked everything at the location. Vietnam is very peculiar, the streets are dirty, people are noisy, lots of Chinese. But the chic sea, the beautiful beach, for tourists everything is well-equipped, oooo very tasty and inexpensive food! Shrimp fire! )) As for the hotel: rooms are clean, furniture is simple but absolutely new, everything is necessary to eat. Towels are often changed, underwear is a little less. About the ocean view: You can not overpay, the ocean is visible a Maaal piece) really the ocean view can only be in hotels on the first line, no further speech can be, as there is a hotel on the hotel and the whole view is blocked by buildings, so don't even get frozen. Breakfasts are normal, every day soup Fo, eggs, fruit-greats and there are all national dishes, but I am far from it and have not eaten such) Since we are newly married, we have given a plate of fruit and decorated the number) nice and pleasant!

We were in this hotel in the second half of December 2019. Everything arranged, everything liked. Location. Yes, not in the center, but it is not a problem – walking to the center 10 minutes is not stressful, only use. More plus – Beach, which is opposite the road, almost no one is situated, and along the cross-over no one is almost walking. If you take a towel on the hotel's recession, you can quietly lie in the shadow of palm or other trees. There is a shower closet (ruble 30 for our money the whole service). The cafe-food in the hotel area is, not as much as in the center, but enough. The area of the hotel is very pleasant, a well-designed – pool, benches, big beautiful bonsay. The rooms were given to us with a view to the sea, spacious. From the balcony the view is very beautiful – city and sea. Every day filling the water, tea, coffee (if needed). Also, if it is finished, add soap, watt sticks, disks, etc. Cleaning every day except Sunday. Breakfast – Swedish table. There is a lot to choose, no one left hungry. Plus Russian tourists each time brought the present – already one can be eaten. This, for example, sandwich plus fries, plus fruit, plus juice or fries – in general, a whole comprehensive breakfast, to the Swedish table can and not fit. On the Catholic Christmas, the wine was brought on a glass of wine. Breakfast :). At the end of the hall every morning cook egg-eye. There is a table with soup fo – very aromaful, delicious and satisfactory. If an early tour, they give lunch-box with them. Remember the time of our journey with great pleasure. The hotel staff is very friendly, polite. We almost got friends. The hotel administrator A Dan(m) Vinh speaks Russian, attentive, responsible, smiley. The attitude to Russian tourists is special, allocated from all others. If you go again to Nyachang, we will not think with the choice of the hotel. And we will boldly recommend it to everyone. I wish that now is not the best time for the hotel – General quarantine.
