Great pool and nice breakfast, keept really clean and it’s quite new hotel

Newly updated, very clean hotel. Staff was very friendly. Breakfast was very good and a great price for everything.

The experience was great the staff was wonderful however, on January 24 around 4:30 PM. One of the staff members opened up my door without permission while I was sleeping I had the latch across and hearing the loud bang startled me I was not dressed his excuse was That there was a leak in the basement they needed to check the rooms. I said you don’t have a phone why didn’t you call me? He said he knocked four times however, like I said I was asleep did not hear the knocking. I was very upset and startled by someone trying to enter my room. He did not seem to be very Apologetic about it . Later on in the evening, I found out from another staff member while they were dragging in the drain pipes off of the roof that’s damage had caused the leak in their basement. However, I was very upset that they barged into my room just because I was sleeping and did not hear them knocking his excuse was he didn’t think I was there However my vehicle was parked in the parking lot the entire time, so where would I possibly have been? That was not OK. I am actually very upset about this not feeling safe and secure, feeling staff members can barge in whenever they want to using the excuse of unlike he should have called me or knocked enough times until I was woken up. Nobody has the right to enter a room without permission

Being charged for parking and then being asked to park behind a broken down building, with no cameras, not even on the property. Not to mention in a snow storm, without it even being plowed. At first being lied to that there was a camera in that extra lot, and then once I asked for management they told the truth. Dirty and run-down bathroom and the smell of the hallways was awful. Hard wood floors through the entire building made it noisy and freezing cold. Pool area floor very, very dirty. All in all, wouldn't stay again.

The room was very nice and clean. The bed could have been a little more firm for my liking but may be ok for someone else. They had a free breakfast included in the price. Itt was awesome. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

When we got into the hotel room there was still marks all over the bathroom, there was stains on our sheets and it smelt like mold inside the room. The location was far and made it difficult to reach Clifton Hill especially in the winter. Overall, staff were apologetic and handled the situation great.

The staff was not friendly, helpful or informed. The manager was not kind at all. The bed was super uncomfortable. The washroom was covered in hair. The towels were dirty. In general, no what you see in the pictures. I will make sure to never go back to a confort hotel. I didn't stay. We went to another hotel and had a lovely time.

Parking was 20$ and we ended up offsite. Hotel is decent for the price. breakfast is good. Love the pancake machine.

Front desk was very accommodating, thank you for the early check in. Parking is really bad and stopped me from going anywhere else because I’m afraid I won’t get a parking spot. Had to go to the gas station across just to buy food and water.
