B&B la Rena Rossa

Unfortunately, our recent experience at La Rena Rossa was extremely disappointing. As the founder of the Maltese travel agency MustGo, I have organized countless cycling and trekking trips and have never before encountered such unprofessionalism and mistreatment of tourists. Although we had worked extensively with Salvatore of the Hotel Alle Pendici and always received excellent service, our large group could not be accommodated in the hotel so we had to split up and stay elsewhere. The Rena Rossa was one of the establishments we had chosen, but they let us down by not providing a decent breakfast or even cleaning the rooms properly. They didn't change the towels, replace the toilet paper or provide new shampoos which was unacceptable. Fortunately, Hotel Alle Pendici stepped in and provided our guests with a good breakfast for the whole group, ensuring we could maintain our high standard of service. Although we had paid La Rena Rossa full price including breakfast, they did not reduce the price from the outstanding balance and did not issue a tax receipt for our payment. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend staying at La Rena Rossa. If you want to avoid being treated badly and receiving poor service, I suggest looking elsewhere.

We felt like at home, the owner is an exquisite and helpful person. The B&B is located in the center of Nicolosi and is 20-30 minutes from everything. The B&B has all the comforts you need. The breakfast is excellent and all requests are satisfied. A really nice discovery, we will gladly return.

Congratulations for the cleanliness, friendliness, comfort and above all for the delicious abundant breakfast. Absolutely recommended and the owners are also kind and helpful we will definitely be back. We took a room to go to Etnaland which is about 20km away.

Posto tranquillo ma una nota deludente colazione pessima e la cosa assurda non avere una macchinetta del cafè assurdo neanche la possibilità di farti un cappuccino caldo colazione sotto lo zero neanche un bollitore per farti un tè caldo la sera

Stanza grande e pulita. accoglienza - gentilezza e disponibilità. Indicazioni del proprietario con whatsapp con arrivo agevole. Colazione buona con pane fresco e marmellate fatte in casa. siamo stati benissimo. grazie Jole&Luca

Ottima posizione,stanza luminosa e spaziosa, propietario un po' assente visto all chek in e per un saluto veloce al check out, pulizia da migliorare, colazione limitata eravamo in 5 e ci portavano 5 cornetti ,5 fette di pane con delle buone marmellate fatte in casa ma ahimé non bastavano x tutti, brocca di latte, caffè e succo. Sapone mani allungato con l acqua. Gentile la signora che ci portava la colazione.

Ottima posizione per esplorare l'Etna e dintorni.Stanze confortevoli, giardino ben curato, cucina-soggiorno ben attrezzata ed organizzata. Giorgio è stato un ottimo host, consigliandoci ristoranti ed organizzandoci i transfer per Etna e areoporto. Ottima la colazione.
