I stayed at this hotel last night and was bitterly disappointed. Upon arrival, I was given room no 1, a smallish room at the end of a long corridor reached via some ancient (though beautiful) steepish staircase. The WC played up and upon pointing this out, the Owner eventually, though unsuccessfully, attempted to fix it. Following a very tiring and long drive from the South of Spain, all I wanted was to relax (I am 74 after all…) so asked for another room. Eventually, I was given room no 4 a very nice and comfortable room with working WC! Dinner, fortunately, was excellent and absolutely to be recommended as was the selection at breakfast even though I had to wait for an available table. The tables, unfortunately, are very cumbersome as are the benches one has to squeeze on.. Finally, upon check out this morning, I handed the key to the Owner; he did not feel it necessary to acknowledge me nor say goodbye… Neither do I feel he should serve food to his guests at dinner unless he takes some pleasure in doing so. Only the young lady at check in deserves a positive mention for her friendliness and professionalism…

They actually sit on the same site as they were the Same family however that IS not the case today . Mas de Galloffre Le Pre Galoffre Still family run Much smaller building and outside area . Has big pool and huge outside area Smaller pool but most importantly Does Beautiful Stone building not have a restaurent ! It provides Lovely restaurent and menu breakfast but outsources evening meal

Très bel établissement. Chambre standard très correct. Petit hic de réservation sur une chambre pour PMR pas dispo. Du coup, la PMR a été mise en suite.

Horrible ! Hôtel à fuir ! J’ai réservé un week-end pour ma femme pour qu’elle puisse se détendre au soleil au bord de la piscine. 1 ère surprise la piscine était en travaux (Pas indiqué lors de la réservation). 2 eme surprise, grosse odeur d’égout dans la chambre, impossible de dormir. Personnel de mauvaise foi, nous indique qu’il n’y a pas de souci, ma femme a du insister pour qu’une personne veuille se déplacer dans la chambre pour lui faire constater la nuisance. En lisant les avis plus bas je me rends compte que ce problème d’odeur existe depuis longtemps. Établissement mal entretenu… Ne correspond pas à ce qui est mis en avant sur Booking. Nous avons demandé à être remboursé pour la nuit horrible et pour annuler le séjour car pas de piscine. L’établissement nous a gentiment dit : « NON » J’ai dû reprendre un autre hôtel pour sauver le week-end. .

Un hôtel plein de charme, un véritable havre de paix qui devrait être remboursé par la sécurité sociale tellement on s'y sent bien. les propriétaires sont des gens adorables, à votre service avec beaucoup de gentillesse. Très jolies chambres avec beaucoup de cachet. Elisa et Etienne

La chambre supérieure est magnifique et très belle vue (lits top King sise)La décoration de la chambre est magnifique tout en bois !! Le repas du soir est excellent et on mange dehors face piscine ( jeux enfants à proximité ) !! De même , le petit dej le matin un choix varié et de bonne qualité .. L ambiance familiale au cœur du mas est belle et accueillante. Je retournerai en famille. La piscine est très grande et magnifique en pierre :-) peu de monde donc très reposant.de plus station de borne électrique très pratique sur place.

Excellent séjour en famille dans ce bel écrin de calme où nous avons été accueillis avec beaucoup de gentillesse et de discrétion par toute l’équipe! Confortable avec toutes les prestations que l’on souhaite pour se sentir bien durant un séjour, nous avons en plus très bien mangé. La famille qui vous reçoit est adorable!

C est un endroit merveilleux . Un accueil extraordinaire . En prenant le temps de déguster cette salade César sur la terrasse , tout est parfait . L’intérieur avec cette ambiance décontractée c est juste sublime . Cela faisait deux fois que je prenais le temps de m’y arrêter . Aucun regret .
