説是酒店式公寓，其實是個人民宿形式，這棟樓應該是被好幾家平台或者房東瓜分，建議訂完房馬上聯繫商家，加微信，入住前請房東確認資源 ，跟大廈物業打招呼，不然物業不知道你是哪家的客人，就會被上下驅趕。在天一廣場威斯汀旁邊的黃金位置，周邊滿滿商圈，景點幾乎步行可達，週末出行這個房價確實是半做慈善了，提醒大家自帶牙具和簡單的洗漱用品，其他都挺好，房東也很客氣，一直幫忙溝通。

房主特別細節熱情！地理位置不要太好了！深處市中區，去哪都方便，外賣半小時內幾乎都送達，房間乾淨，風格鮮明，床墊超級舒服，下次來寧波，還會考慮住這裏😉來寧波玩的朋友們都可以看過來～

房間乾淨整潔，裝修的也很有情調。衞生間無異味，設施齊全。尤其床很軟很舒適，非常解乏。全程可以自助入住，方便快捷。
