連續續住4天，期間經歷了滿房屋得蚊子，是滿房屋！！！根本睡不着。第三天得時候經歷了不打擾衞生，出門的時候有一個外賣吃完了放在房間沒人打掃，等回來都臭掉了。房間是朝公路的，早上5點就開始吵的你不能睡覺，晚上12點還車來車往。退房的時候因為人在外面，所以有些東西就留在房間裏，等晚上回來退房竟然被打掃衞生的扔掉了襪子，牛奶，

首先地理位置比較隱蔽，到杭州已經很晚了，聯繫不上前台……終於找到了圖標。聯繫上了，前台服務倒是蠻好的，但是房間洗漱用品不全，朋友房間發現避孕套一晚上沒睡着……希望酒店客房部加強管理吧，辛苦
