這是我住過的最差的賓館了！周邊環境臟亂差不説，所謂的賓館其實是民宿，民宿也沒啥關係，重要的是一定要乾淨，具備基本的功能！而這裏樓道里亂七八糟，卧室燈是不亮的，衞生間的燈一閃一閃即將壞，空調的扇葉也沒了，空調掛在頭頂上，一晚上轟隆聲定時作響…讓人無法安眠！貌似有個櫃子，裏面臟得無法使用！衹給預備了一個衣架…各個角落都很臟…由於當天到達寧波市比較晚，白天遊玩後已經疲勞，衹能自己各處84消毒一遍，免強湊合住了一宿！老闆態度還好，告知燈是壞的後，來把衞生間的燈換了，卧室燈因位置在床上方，不方便換，衹好作罷！維持不亮狀態！

空調聲音有點大，蚊子多需要點蚊香，廁所沒有門，上廁所對到對面窗户，

臨時找的房間，過去沒有標間，老闆給了一個三張床的，服務還不錯。房間裏有小蟲子，衞生有待加強。空調陳舊。安靜程度還可以。
