The service is not bad, the front desk service is very good, but it is a bit troublesome to check in. Now everyone who checks in has to register at the front desk, even children. I personally witnessed another front desk staff verifying the check in process. The kinship relationship between a child and an adult feels so strict. The explanation given by the front desk is that hotel registration during the Hangzhou Asian Games will be much stricter than usual. It felt quite reasonable and I didn’t say much. When I entered the room, it was quite clean. However, there was no comb in the room. You can call the hotel and ask them to send it to you, including some other disposable items. It’s worth mentioning that The takeout I ordered in the evening can be delivered directly to the room, which is good, unlike some hotels that don't allow takeout to be delivered upstairs. Thumbs up. Overall, it's a good hotel with good value for money.

The room smells of cigarette smoke. Breakfast is OK. It's not easy to issue an invoice.

這家酒店一進來大堂很寬敞很大氣～～前台服務人員服務非常好剛到前台非常熱情的給我們行説是唐朝的插手禮，真的太棒了，住了那麼多家酒店就這家給人感覺非常好，房間也很乾凈衞生空間也很大，停車或者坐車都很方便，很滿意的一次住宿，下次還會來

前台小李服務好，大堂明亮，停車是免費的，酒店大門對面就是地鐵口，交通方便，離印象城很近，房間也寬敞，免費升級到了最高層，窗外風景不錯，視野開闊，還能看到動車開過，入住體驗挺好的。

酒店的設施非常的齊全！！！特別是客房和床品，讓人感到非常舒適和愉悦。酒店的服務也非常好，前台很熱情，告知我們早餐時間與地點，很貼心，出來遊玩，住這裏很方便，停車免費，就在高架下面，去哪裡都比較方便！

來寧波看演唱會選的這家酒店，酒店大堂很寬敞明亮，前台服務人員態度很熱情～～前台還給小朋友準備了小玩具，還贈送了早餐，房間很乾凈，周邊環境交通都很不錯，離奧體中心也不遠。

酒店位置很好找，就在商會大廈旁邊，還有免費停車！！！外賣可以直接機器人送到樓上，房間舒適衞生，房間也比較寬敞，採光不錯，衞生間乾濕分離，做得很細節，整體都很好，住的很不錯！！！
