訂的時候要注意一下大床房有窗沒窗吼，沒窗的外面外面好像是鐵樓梯，有人走動的時候聲音還蠻大的，床挺乾淨的，但地板上頭髮還蠻多的，桌子上我不懂為啥有本書，書下還壓着瓜子殼和頭髮。電風吹的造型也比較獨特。但床確實是挺乾淨的，前台也有禮貌。

房間不大，設施齊全，離萬達走着不遠，早餐能吃飽，停車就是樓後挨着小區，也算方便，唯一不足就是三個人一間，就給一張房卡想要張電卡竟然還要交30元按金，不是説錢多少，之前在珠海也住過格林的連鎖，但電卡交按金確實有點畫蛇添足，有標準的酒店應該是不需要這些的吧

酒店位置很好，臨近萬達廣場，周邊吃飯購物很方便。還可以免費停車，適合自駕遊的羣體。前台服務員美女很細心，詳細介紹酒店及周邊的情況，下次到寧德還會選擇這裏。

首先該酒店房間隔音效果特別差，外面的吵鬧聲晚上根本睡不着覺，其次該酒店衞生環境特別差，空調上到處都是蜘蛛網，到處都是臟兮兮的，床單上佈滿污漬，根本不能睡，最後是該酒店價格特別高且服務態度一點都不好，客服不管房間的問題，前台也不給解決方法，不推薦大家入住！！！！！

住了幾次了，環境、衞生還算可以，房間雖然面積不大，還算乾淨温馨。主要是位置挺好去哪裡都很方便，還是不錯的。
