A perfect stay! I enjoyed this resort so much. Everything is very accessible, and the room was beautifully designed. The staff are all incredibly friendly—especially the security guards and buggy drivers who provided excellent service. Between the fantastic restaurants, the relaxing bar, and the stunning view, everything about this trip was absolutely perfect. Highly recommended!

The staff were the highlight of the stay — consistently polite, humble, and attentive, providing excellent service throughout. Unfortunately, the villa itself was quite run down and appeared to lack proper upkeep and maintenance, which was disappointing given my expectations. There is insufficient power plug for phone / tablet charging. The breakfast spread was decent, with a reasonable variety of options to start the day. Overall, while the service was excellent, the condition of the villa fell short of expectations. Would I return? No.

Pretty good hotel for a leisure staycation. Breakfast spread not as bad as what other reviews say, variety good enough. Location very close to golf course which is ideal for golfers. Nice view from the balcony of my roo.

The biggest issue was the constant stream of ants. Even though they were tiny, it was quite off-putting. I had my laptop on the desk, then moved it to the bed, and at least four ants were crawling on it. The beachfront villa was decent, but it faced west, so no sunrise views. The shuttle service was on-call and very prompt, but the location is quite remote. In the evenings, it's hard to get around, even with Grab, unless you're eating at the hotel. If you're looking to just stay put, it's a good choice. However, I enjoy having some barbecue at night, so two nights here was enough for me.

The place is peaceful and quiet, not much people and we enjoyed the pool. There is a lot of things to do so you wont get bored. We try the kayaking and its very fun . My daughter loves to swim so we swim the whole time. Breakfast spread is ok, we dont eat much so we are ok with what on the buffet. Going to City will take 45mins by grab, but its ok coz fare not expensive. Over all we enjoy the place, staff are polite and friendly.

Amenities were decent. The private beach was nottoo bad. The biggest downside was the check in time and process. Arrived at 230pm for check in at 3pm. But because of the mismanagement, and long queues, only managed to check in at 4pm. And even then, rooms were not ready and had to wait an additional 30 minutes. So we entered our room at 430pm only.
