Staff very helpful

To be honest the area around the property is less then desirable but when staying in the area is needed this is probably your best bet. The actual rooms are clean and comfortable, including the bathrooms but they are quite small. Did the trick for our family while in North Bay briefly for a tournament. The price is right on and even includes a breakfast which was perfect for our athletes. Craig at the front desk was wonderful, warm and friendly. We would stay here again if we need to go back to North Bay.

Dated hotel but clean and staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was fresh and alot of choices. Convenient to everthing. Would definitely stay here again

Very helpful staff; room was clean and had all the amenities and the breakfast was excellent ! Just be aware that you will need a car to get to dining options - in the winter anyway. All in all we would be happy to stay here again!

Staff were excellent! Clean - bed was very comfortable - laundry if needed - "always on" coffee in lobby - good breakfast - good location for my travels.

Post-holiday stays are always a dice roll, so it was a relief that it was such a great return trip stay. Desk staff was great, breakfast was great, and the noise level was great. I’m glad the other guests were evidently as tired as we were, and we got a great night’s sleep!

I was travelling with my elderly mom and had many assisted devices we needed for our stay. I was able to drive up to the room and bring everything in easily and stress-free. The concierge staff are friendly, courteous, and professional, The cleaning staff are also wonderful and friendly.

Dated and terrible area will never stay there again They mentioned it was renovated but the renovation was like putting lip stick on a pig

It was Christmas night and the front desk clerk (I believe their name was Craig) had an extremely kind demeanour. We were very tired from the drive and Craig’s friendliness was very appreciated. We and our two small dogs were welcomed and we had a great night. Huge kudos for another memorable stay.
