If you need a smoking room, you must confirm with the front desk again and again, otherwise you will be fined 250 RMB for smoking in a non-smoking room. You will not be stopped when you smoke, and you will be asked to pay the fine when you check out. It is a local hotel, and the front desk receptionist does not speak Chinese. The hotel was originally called Neo. We stayed there 20-30 times. However, it closed down due to the pandemic and was acquired by someone and renamed Horu.
The front desk lied to us that we had the same boss. After placing the order to Neo, Horu refused to acknowledge it.
They just ate up our room fee for one night and didn't refund it.
Is this how ***** rips off customers?
I was very angry that day! I will never stay there again!
