Прекрасный отель. Дружелюбный персонал, побывали будто в гостях у родственников. Встретили с улыбкой, несмотря на поздний заезд, помогли с организацией ужина в номер. Чистота, красота, удобная кровать, свежайшее «хрустящее» постельное белье, вкуснейшие завтраки, влажная уборка ежедневно, вид из окна – на Волгу. В 5 минутах прогулки по набережной приятный парк. Ресторан «Террасса», который входит в гостиничный комплекс – требует отдельного внимания: здесь вкусно всё, даже вода! Цены очень приятные, нам даже и не хотелось искать что-либо «на стороне». Если буду еще в Энгельсе – то теперь только в «Европу». Коллективу огромная благодарность и дальнейшего процветания.
