Great place to sleep over. Unfortunately my first night had noisy neighbours so I didn't sleep well. The next day was perfect

We hardly found tge hotel, as postcode given on website took us wrong place. The hotrl itself licated in a beatiful place, but quite far from centre and you have to pay extra for transport and only one bus service provided in that area. The customer service staff in the reception was so friendly and welcomed us in the hotel. There are few cafe shops like mcdonalds and costa nearby. I dont like rooms and cleaning service. The lights above the beds was covered with dust which looks never cleaned. Also you can hear the noise from the next room.

Worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. As a single femalebusiness traveller I would not recommend this hotel. Upon arrival felt I had to get past security to be let in, the room was falling apart, smelt damp & I didn’t feel safe. The police were called just before midnight to a domestic incident in the room next door. Needless to say I got no sleep, the walls are so thin I heard everything said & felt very scared. I was tempted to sleep in the car if it wasn’t so cold. Avoid at all costs!

We spent the night before boarding the cruise from Southampton and it was a good choice. Located on the highway, near a restaurant service area, parking right at the door. Comfortable room for 2 adults and 2 children. Good value for money.

Convenient stopover at a Day's Inn which is always clean and comfortable with welcoming staff.

great place to stay. We did have to phone to get thereas we followed the satnav but one phone call and we soon found them. great staff.

No problems at all, and Loraine on reception was very helpful. My wife is disabled and Loraine not only managed to change us to a more accessible room, but gave us recommendations for a local eatery which was excellent

Staff are excellent finding was hard sat nav took me the wrong place the bathroom is a bit worn and the don’t do any food but it’s in a good location to the dock for easy access and it is clean and tidy.

for £170 it was a disgrace. we walked into room and found curtain rail hanging off, me and my partner had to fix it ourselves. there were red marks on wall by the bed, not sure if this was blood or crayons but it was a disgrace. the tiles in the bathroom had black marks between them ,where the floor had been stuck there was extra adhesive sticking out. the loo seat was loose...hadnt been tightened. the remote control was not working at all well either. i know these type of places dont supply biscuits anymore but on arrival at reception desk lady was friendly but i could see small fridge with chocolate bars in it. we had driven from Norwich so it was a long journey it was late and were hungry. i went down to reception to ask for some chocolate she said it wasnt for sale!!! she told me i had to walk all the way to WH Smith to get some at service station. Not happy at all.

It was ok not the cleaness of hotels. Needs more than one chair in the room, only 1 pillow each

Lorraine at reception was excellent & couldn't have been more helpful. Would definitely recommend.

Was a last minute booking. Staff on entry were very pleasant. Very good, clean 3* hotel. Secure and had a great night sleep. Would highly recommend in future.

Needs Updating. Bathroom was very tired, flooring coming Way at walls, tiles need regrouting around bath/shower, bath and sink look well used as grubby finish, backing of mirror all discoloured and ventilation fan didn't work

It was good in that we were able to walk under the motorway to get from the northbound side to the Hotel on the southbound side.
