Our stay beat our expectations! The staff were very friendly and accommodating, the space was beautiful and clean. And the free coffee bar was an added plus! Would definitely stay here again if we’re in the area.

I have an eye infection in both eyes. Went out to get food came back every thing is fine. Watched a movie and fell asleep. Woke up too two burning eyes, pus coming out, unable to move eyes without pain and eyes feel swollen and in pain. May have to goto ER in a few hours if it doesn’t get better. Merry Christmas

No one at check in for 15 minutes …at 8pm….no wake up call at 5:45 am even after going to front desk to ask for it….didnt credit food and beverage the $20/day allowance for my one meal…no one restocked coffee or cleaned machine during room service…

Rooms photograph well but in person they are cheaply furnished and appointed. In our case it was just a place to sleep for a night so it doesn’t really matter. However at 12:20am the fire alarm went off and we evacuated. Because of where we had to exit we ended up having to walk around the entire building in the rain before finding someone who worked there (inside at the front desk) who told us “sorry, false alarm.” False alarms happen but something should have been offered by way of apology and compensation. The last time we stayed there we had no running water and only received a food credit when we said something. Obviously building issues aside, not a well run business when it comes to customer service. Won’t be back.

A hotel is unique and pretty new. they don't clean the room unless you pay, They charge a fee for any incidental that you might need , and there is no continental breakfast only coffee and bananas
