What a shame, this hotel used to be a gem. Already on arrival, the employee was unable to take our complaint into account. The room smelled musty and smoky. - We don’t have another room in the booked category- he took another 200 DKK from us to be upgraded. The breakfast buffet, which had been lovingly prepared during other stays, was more reminiscent of a youth hostel buffet. Bare banquet tables without tablecloth, no butter only magarine. The windows in the pool could be cleaned again then you could also look into the beautiful park. A real pity

The Spa with pool and sauna is nice. Parking spaces always available. Breakfast is quite good.

The Bistro has excellent food. They have a very nice salad bar. My mother really liked her chicken that came with a nice sauce. The waitstaff was very nice, especially Peter. The place is small but worth the visit.

Beautiful location and enough space for free parking. Huge hotel with conference rooms. The room we had was basic and small and does not have airco. This made the room a little too hot for a comfortable night sleep. Bathroom is small. Breakfast was nice and tasty. Hotel is next to the water. Staff is helpful and nice.

Children are definitely not wanted guests in this hotel so I recommend all families to search for another hotel! Especially if you are staying only one night in this hotel as we did. Check in time starts from 14:00 pm and the pool time for children stops at 18:00 pm. In the morning children are allowed to the pool only after 10:30 am, which is after the checkout time. This means children cannot go to the pool in the morning during one night visit! And that you have to plan your trip so that you arrive in the hotel during early afternoon so that there’s enough time to go to the pool. We were very disappointed and the hotel didn’t want to find a way for the kids to go to the pool. The Family Rooms are also located in a separate building which is outdated and you can hear all the smallest noises of the neighbours. This stay was a complete waste of money for us because we only booked the hotel because of the pool. And yes, it says in the hotel website the time that children are allowed, but it should ne noted more clearly that the morning times are only after check out. Best choice for the hotel would to just announce that this is adults only hotel. Oh wait, now I know why they haven’t done so -they would lose all the money coming from families with children….

Super hotel for large venues. We were about 150, and stayed one night. Surprisingly good food, excellent service and spacious room with very comfortable bed. Must be an excellent place to visit in summer with family, directly on the beach.

Very nice location just opposite the beach. We had a comfortable bedroom and bath with a nice balcony overlooking a large green space. Decent breakfast buffet with a good selection of meats, cheeses, breads, eggs, and fresh produce. Missed some yogurt options to make it more perfect. The bars offer drink options and a restaurant is also on site. Parking is ample. Wish there was some air conditioning available during the hot summer days. Nyborg is a really cute town and we would definitely return and enjoy another stay at this hotel.
