We had stayed at 3rd St city location from 10/20/23 - 10/22/23 - our experience will not have us returning. To start we called to ask if we could get a parking pass for prior to check in, no issue there. When we arrived the desk clerk said our room was ready if we just wanted to go in early. Sounded good, however she then tell us, after checking in that there was a $25 early check in fee. She never mentioned that prior and sort of left us stuck for it, as at this point by husband was already bringing in our things. (misleading). We got to the room and unload and the tv didn't turn on and the hall smelled horrible of ****. We called to the desk. A man came up quickly (good thing) and sprayed the hall and found the remote was bad for the tv. He turned on the tv and there were 2 lines going from top to bottom. We pointed it out and he shrugged his shoulders and left. So tv was crappy the entire time. The pictures on the walls were all gross and dirty, as well as the windows. There was also gross random splatter on the walls randomly. The shower - squeeled super loud and the hot tub...useless...took about an hour to fill and then the jets weren't working right, included one that was completely broken and shot water all over the place. On top of all that, we had to go down to the desk as they didn't leave wash clothes or hand towels. Oh - the fridge - had a piece broken on the inside and didn't work. Overall - horrible experience.
