The outside of the hotel and lobby were clean And nice. After check-in , the front desk lady informed us the hotel
Was having water pressure issues. Told us once we get to our room , check the water. If it wasn’t good let her know and she would swap our room. It wasn’t great pressure but wasn’t bad so we decided to stay in our room. The room wasn’t that clean. Dirty stains on the carpet , dirty stains on the sheets on one of the beds. The bathroom sink, tub and floor was dirty as well. We cleaned up with our sanitizer wipes and called it a night. The next morning we go down to the breakfast area. The worst hotel eggs ever!. The eggs were full of water and salt and the sausages didn’t looked cooked properly. As we try to get showered and ready for the road we noticed the water was hardly coming out of the faucet even none at times. Also , the water didn’t even get warm.
We just washed ourselves off the best we could. After we dressed and packed I let the front desk staff know our complaint. After asking for the GM and having to go through 2 other employee , assistant managers I was told I can go to the hotel next to them , also a La Quntia ! They tell me they send people over there for showers if they need to???! Would have been nice to have been told this the night of check in and could have just checked in to that hotel. Probably a cleaner room as well?! You shouldn’t be allowed to rent rooms until your water issues are fixed.
