Place was horrible. The front entrance lady was rude and didn’t want us to stay in. She said horrible profanity and all in all just horrible and hope no one comes here with love ones it felt so unsafe.

Checked into room 412, and woke up with bug bites on my shoulder and hands, After I left I called the hotel and told them about bites and it kinda fell on dead ears until I told him i wanted a different room and needed my clothes moved to another room and i wanted my stuff out of that room immediately. Staff was nice when I got back late to hotel. Sinks in both rooms clog with water kinda strange. Really pissed about bites

I have stayed at this hotel many times visiting family in OKC. I will not stay again. I’ve noticed a gradual downward decline in rooms, and last night’s stay was the bottom for me. Positives were: the room was clean and the bed comfortable. I slept well. Negatives were: a pencil thin stream of water from the sink tap. This has been the case for many other trips in every room we’ve occupied there. I washed my face from the bathtub tap. Not very comfortable. The “hot” water was faintly warm. Never hot. My family chose to not shower this morning rather than take a cold shower in a miserly stream of water. The temp control in the HVAC was missing in one room and didn’t work in the other. 1/3 of the light bulbs in the room/bath were either burnt out or missing completely. We rented 2 rooms as we have done every time we’ve stayed here. There are too many other nearby options to waste another dollar here, which is sad to me bc we have really liked staying at this hotel until recently and especially last night. I would not recommend this hotel any more.

Not keeping the place up. Heater did not work properly. Water in the bath sink was extremely weak. Towels were washed but stained.

The bed was not very comfortable. We have been staying at this particular property off and on for the last several months and it is hit or miss with the comfort of the bed and the taste of the breakfast.

The bed was the hardest choice hotel bed I’ve ever stayed in. The shower was not hot. The breakfast was terrible. The eggs were burned and the waffle mix was watery. When my husband told the front desk clerk about the waffles no one ever came to change it out.
