Subic Bay Peninsular Hotel Reviews

It's an old hotel. It was quiet because there were few guests in the facility, but if you sleep in a room near the parking lot, you will have the worst morning. The parking lot is used as a bus terminal. Breakfast was very disappointing. The staff is very friendly.

The bathroom is full of mold and smells so bad. I want to turn on the fan I couldn't go back and grow with a roar as if it was about to explode at any moment. The view is the parking lot view. It is a large bus parking lot, so buses start early in the morning. Leaving the engine running and making noise Other than the fact that Harbor Point Mall and Subic Bay are within walking distance no advantages at all Reuse No revisit

The towels were torn, and there were things that looked like they were using shampoo. The location is very good.

We made sure we were responsible for the amenities they gave us during our stay. We were upset when they charged us for a broken clothes rack that we didn't use, and they do not have standard clearance schedule. The hotel front desk agents were not friendly during our check out process. Very disappointing 😢

We had a couple problems at the beginning, but everything turned out just great thank you guys

The hotel was ok. Altho there werent many signs to point you to where you are supposed to go like the breakfast room or the pool and then to your room. The door locks looked liked they cld easily be opened and one could hear the conversations and footsteps in the hallway and vice versa so there is little to no soundproofing. The lights were not enoigj inside the rooms. It was a bit difficult trying the read or to even use the remotes for the tv and a/c. But the rooms was really big. I didnt get an intercom so i had to go to the front desk to ask for things which was a complete bummer since my room was located out back. But the staff were gery nice and accommodating
