+ convenient location: close to all the necessary shops, minibuses to Fethiye and the beach
+ large clean pool if you don’t want to go to the beach
+ It’s clear that the room has recently been freshened up in terms of painting
+ fresh headboard and good bedside tables
+ low price
+ staff are friendly
+ there is a hairdryer (I haven’t checked if it works)
- cleaning: there was black hair lying on the floor in the room, the toilet was dirty on the outside, yellow *****es in the water drainage area (there will be no photos - it’s not nice to photograph this)
- there is a restaurant at the hotel, and there is loud music until 12
- for breakfast there were unwashed cherry tomatoes in a plate
- no refrigerator or kettle
- no dryer
- the bed linen did not have a light blanket or sheet to cover on top (but this is not the first hotel where this is the case. Apparently this is a local trick to sleep without covering yourself with anything)

We didn’t actually stay in this hotel but we spent a lot of time in the bar and also did last year the staff are amazing with my young grandchildren!!! Making them feel welcome and they also asked us if we wanted to use the pool at the hotel ! The other night there was a very bad thunderstorm in which all the electrics went off we was so cold and the staff came with blankets for us too keep warm! We have eaten there a few times and food is fresh tasty and plentiful! Thankyou to a lovely team who always made us feel welcome

We ate at Red bar on 2 occasions and went back for drinks on another. Very welcoming, nice setting and view of the *****. Food was delicious and very reasonably price. £130 for 4 starters, 4 main meals, jug sangria, 1 kids cocktail and one mojito. Drink measures are very generous too! Staff were very friendly. Nice kids play area also.

Good location right in main road roomma bit noisy with rooster outside and lots of Miskitos, rooms and bathroom pretty old and rundown but bed was fine, pool was very nice and big but not enough sun loungers down there maybe only 6 in total, the breakfast is not very good is no choice only a plate of Turkish breakfast they give you, not bad value for £33 a night

We are a family of 5. There was a separate bed for each person. The rooms are clean. The bathroom could have been given a little more attention. Both rooms had balconies. We were satisfied.

It was the dirtiest hotel I've ever stayed in my life. The bathroom was not even cleaned, there was mold and hair on the walls. There were nearly a hundred dead flies on the walls, everyone had crushed them and left them. There were lots of mosquitoes and tiny flies. The curtain was very dirty. Bed linens were also dirty. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone, as I am disgusted to even stay there. The air conditioner was not working either.
