Best time ever with my kids. The staff was incredable, friendly and professional. Snack bar had different snacks every day, too bad the weather was not so good, but the kids had fun at Maro world and other different playgrounds. Wood recommend every day 👌

The staff was excellent at both the restaurant and the Maro kids club The property is very busy and there doesn't seem to be enough seating at any of the three pools.

Good hotel. Please note that the casa agava part needs renovation: peeling paint, rather ugly furniture, very small bathroom, average bedding. But calm.
Correct restaurant but over 2 weeks always the same dishes ... drinks at the bar undrinkable. Too bad for a 4 * and for the price. Please note that everything is not included!
Very nice site, very good swimming pools, great spa, very nice destination to discover. Good location.

There were far more activities on site than we had expected, so it was quite a positive surprise. There is a division of pools, so there are three different pools, which is also great, so that they are not all together in one place. The buffet was also quite good - after 10 days all inclusive we didn't get tired of the food as it was really good.
The only minus was that the chairs on our terrace were very uncomfortable to sit in (they were made of metal), and in the buffet you could only get cafe latte for breakfast.
