We arrived at the property early and our room was not ready. So we waited in the lobby until 4 and I waited in line for about 30 more minutes. Our room type still was not ready and the front desk agent asked if I wanted to wait or he could put us in an ada room. I agreed to the ada room because we just wanted to relax for the rest of the evening after checking out of our Disney resort. When we got to our room it was right next to the pool and the music was so loud that would could not come close to relaxing. We went back to the lobby to see if we could move to a quieter room away from the pool. When we got to the new room the light switch was dirty, some of the trim was missing, the walls and the paint was missing in some places. The bathroom was not very clean and you could see the mold spots where they had replaced the toilet. The main door had about an inch wide gap in it so you could hear everything happening outside. I called guest services to ask about a remote because we didn’t have one and after waiting for over an hour my husband had to call back down to ask for another one. When we took showers the shower leaked and there was water all over the floor, causing the floor to be very slippery and I almost fell. I always do a lot of research before booking a hotel and make sure that I am staying at a quality place for my money. This place made me feel like I was completely cheated out of my money and our stay was very disappointing.
