Me and my partner stayed here for 5 nights while visiting the parks. The hotel was fairly new, so very modern. We stayed just after the schools went back during what I guess would have been the start of the quiet season. This meant the hotel wasn't particularly busy, which was good for us. The reception staff were great and very helpful. Our room was very big with two king size beds. Plenty of room and a lovely bathroom. We used the pool pretty much every evening we stayed there and as it was so quiet, we had it to ourselves. We had a car during this part of our trip so we drove to Disneyworld and Universal Studios, both of which were abut 15 mins from the hotel, as was the airport. The hotel provided free parking as well. We only had breakfast at the hotel one of the mornings we stayed; it was $10 a person and had a good selection of food. Overall, we were very impressed and would definitely stay again.

Nice quiet and comfortable room. The gentleman checking me in was very kind. The rest of my experience was lackluster. No food vending machines. Drink machine on my floor didn't work. When I asked the desk clerk he said there were no machines. I have a mystery charge on my debit card. Upon checkout I could not store a suitcase while I took my service animal to another hotel. All together I would stay there again, however the carpet is old and makes it hard to breathe.

For a meeting abroad, the venue was at the Hyatt Hotel in the Convention and Exhibition Center. Because the reservation was late and there were no rooms there, I had to book around. I finally chose this one. It was during the meeting and the price was not cheap. Foreign hotels generally have relatively simple facilities. This hotel should not be considered a star, but overall it is clean and comfortable. It's okay to live alone. Like Ctrip's service, an episode appeared in the middle. Ctrip has been actively following up and finally helped to solve it.

I booked so many hotels in Ctrip, saying that the service charge and tax are included, but the hotel still insists on collecting $30 a day for a total of $180. And when entering the store check-in, the front desk waitress said that it already included this fee. I don't know what Ctrip's 133.32 service fee and tax are? Because the plane can only be paid first. I hope Ctrip gives a statement!

Very Good! The staff very polite and helpful. The pool very nice and clean. Breakfast was delicious. Rooms so comfortable and the attractions was amazing. AC is worked very good. Only coffee machine was broken, and staff is changed it and give us for our request teapot!
