We were satisfied with the locations they offer and especially the area were the hotel is located is wonderful. In one point we were absolutely disappointed, that was concerning the less efforts they bring on the day, when we our daughter (7) lost here cuddly toy. We left the toy in the room when we checked out, but realized it several hours later. The only answer we got from the men at the reception was, that they have a rule that everything what will be found, will be returned to the reception, but there was nothing returned on that day. We left our email address, but I have my concerns if the really take this topic seriously. For them it’s only a stuffed animal toy, for the kids it is much more!

Fermati solo per dormire purtroppo, location molto interessante con piscina e punto ristoro proprio a bordo di questa. Ottima posizione.

I would not call this a "resort" since there are few services available on the property. There is no place to do laundry, no shop, no real dinning options like a caffe/bar to eat a quick bite. Their restaurant has limited hours and the only dinning option is a full meal that is is overpriced. The pool is too small for the amount of guests. There were not enough umbrellas or chairs for everyone. Most guests would get to the pool area early in the morning and leave their stuff to occupy a space, so quite often we could not find a free space to stay by the pool since all the spaces were "occupied" by guests' towels with no one actually sitting there. The public lounge/bar space is also very small and not well-kept, there were always dirty glasses and coffee cups lying around on the tables. The grounds are not well-kept, the parking area had uneven pavement and deep holes, making it easy to trip over. There seemed to be no maintenance and no regular cleaning since there was dirt and shrubs all over the place, especially under the widows of our ground-floor apartment. The entertainment "animazione" is limited, I was expecting a bit more for the kids in the morning. There were just 2 people in charge and had the same activities just in the later afternoon and evening. There is no wi-fi in the rooms/apartments, just in the public areas, and this too was either not working (during our stay it was down for 5 days straight) or very slow. They provide a shuttle to the beach but this too, is very limited. There is no option to go to the beach in the afternoon. It goes only one way in the morning and one way on the afternoon. The shuttle van can accommodate 7 pax with a driver. On the way back from the beach there were 8 passengers, so a child of about 7 years old had to sit on her mother's lap - this is extremely dangerous (not to mention illegal) since to get to the beach one needs to get on the Aurelia highway for a 15-minute drive. We had an apartment which had basically lawn furniture for kitchen table and chairs. When we arrived the refrigerator was turned off with the door closed, so there was a foul smell and I had to disinfect it before using it. Once I turned it on, it was not easy to regulate and it was either too warm or too cold! There were very few kitchen utensils, we had mismatched utensils and glasses, all of different sizes. There were no electrical sockets by the kitchen counter, so it was impossible to use any appliance in the kitchen. The bedrooms were spartan. No lamps in the double bedroom, and the single room had basically a simple bed (without a headboard), no lamp and a retractible lawn-furniture type small table for a night stand. The name "resort" is mis-leading. I was expecting a bit more for the price. It is more like a "camping-like village". The property itself is situated in a nice, elevated location, with a view of the sea in the distance. It is also a good location for planning day trips to nearby Talamone, Porto Santo

We went to the Argentario Osa Resort in september 2022. The structure of this hotel is rather old and the furniture in the rooms and apartement are desperate for a remearch, but our apartment was super clean and very spacious. Friendliness of the staff is fantastic!! I've lived in Italy since 2006 and I'm afraid to say that this country is not big in service culture, but the service mentality of the Argentario Osa Resort is absolutely outstanding! It is great and lovely to be greeted by everybody (from the cleaning lady, to the staff at the reception to the gardener) with a friendly "buon giorno, Signora" and a friendly smile. Waiters are very attentive and professional. The staff of the Mini Club (children enterainment) were very sweet with our children. I especially appreciated the "after-dinner-entertainment": good music, possiblity for children to dance, but all very soft, no stupid jokes with a double meaning or similar. All definitely very family friendly!! One advice to the management: please save energy! No need to let the air condition run in the restaurant while all doors are open. To see a waste of energy like that is rather frustrating in autumn 2022 when the European Union considers desperately how helping its citizens to pay their energy bills. The beach is like 4 km by car, but it is a great beach. Spot on clean, very well organized with a bar / restaurant, changing rooms, good facilitities like showers and toilets and it felt like a safe place to be with your family!! To put it in a nutshell: the place is quite outdated, but a fantastic hotel to spend holidays with your children! Highly recommended!

Spent one night here on our way to Rome. Extremely friendly and accommodating staff that spoke very good English. Check-in was quick and restaurant was great. Beach was offsite, but we didn’t mind. AC in the room wasn’t great but better than nothing. Rooms are outdated and beds were not comfortable. Pool was great for the kids with lots of chairs around the pool. Overall Staff A+, but rooms B.

First of all , all the staff whether reception pool or restaurant are really very very kind and helpful ans will give you useful and interest adresses and tips for the region . However , the location of the hotel ,except for the view which is nice, is a bit problematic . There is road cutting the space like a border between the hotel and the beach . No , there aren’t any tunnels , bridges to cross ! So if you do not have a car forget it , otherwise I would not bet on your longevity . Even with the car you tend to play chicken run .

Stage of my honeymoon I stayed for 2 nights in this resort at the price of almost 95 euros per night excluding breakfast. Upon arrival I was assigned a mini apar**ent that looked good on the outside with a garden (without a gate), table with four chairs and a drying rack. Once I entered the apar**ent, I realized that it was obtained from a garage, the double bedroom and divided from the kitchen (with two single seats) by plywood walls with attached wardrobes and sliding door. The bathroom seems to have been obtained from a technical room of a cellar, huge but accessible by two steps and ventilated by two small windows (one of which with a broken mosquito net). The other windows do not have mosquito nets and therefore we found mosquitoes, spider mites and a moth but luckily I had brought the insecticide from home mindful of the past. Cleanliness of the premises and bathroom facilities satisfactory. There is a basic mini kitchen but the twenty-two inch television is positioned on a small table slightly lower than the sun beds between which it is positioned. I was afraid to turn on the air conditioner, a fancoil from the eighties, from the special wall panel. Daily cleaning and refills of soaps and toilet paper were welcome. On the morning of the last day we found a sack with towels and toilet paper outside the driveway, the night before we didn't notice if there was but if there was it wasn't the case to deliver like that. The bar opens at 7.30am and there is a guard who won't let you go over the counter if you haven't paid 8 euros per person for the buffet. Scandalous that for two croissants you want and dry a cappuccino and a juice of 8 euros of which 3.50 only for the juice. However, the resort has nice parking, views and swimming pools. Being only support for three days to visit Elba and Maremma, we did not use the other services available. In booking, however, there was the included availability of an entrance to a bathing establishment of which there was no mention. I hope things are different in the first floor rooms or in the attics.

Dopo molti anni sono tornato ad un villaggio e ho trovato un ambiente piacevole e ben organizzato immerso nel verde. Stanze comode ed essenziali, spiaggia a 5 minuti di auto/navetta molto bella e ben curata, piscina con un panorama stupendo. L'animazione, mio vecchio incubo, si è rivelata punto di forza del resort, grazie alla brillante quanto discreta e attenta, nonché infaticabile attività della squadra di animazione capitanata dalla simpatica Lory affiancata da Simone, che ci hanno fatto divertire e rilassare, garantendo giochi e attività per tutti e grande attenzione per i piccoli. Un villaggio a misura di famiglie.

Struttura datata il prezzo è eccessivo in quanto le camere sono veramente brutte con condizionatori anni 80 ,ma considerato che il soggiorno è di una notte lo posso accettare in compenso c e una bella piscina con vista panoramica, la spiaggia convenzionata è a 10 minuti di auto ed è molto ampia lunga e fondale sabbiosa adatta a famiglie con bimbi il costo 2 lettini ed 1 ombrellone è di 20 euro considerando che siamo nella Costa degli etruschi è ottimo C' e un bel servizio spiaggia organizzato volendo si può mangiare al bar con prezzi eccellenti !Tutto sommato consiglio però preparatevi allo shock delle camere ...

Purtroppo è stata una mini vacanza non nelle mie aspettative , nulla da dire per la location carina ma potrebbe essere più curata e la renderebbe veramente bella Tantissimi note negative partiamo dalla navetta ( questo è il minimo dei problemi ) pulizie camere è vero vengono resettare tutti i giorni ma alle 16.00 non è possibile non avere la camera fatta, stavo riposando ed entrata la ragazza per rifare la stanza , so benissimo che non è colpa della ragazza ma una gestione veramente pessima . La nota più dolente e il servizio ristorazione Nulla togliere hai ragazzi sono veramente bravi e cercano di mettere al suo agio i clienti anche se in quel momento stanno vivendo un momento di disagio per mangiare , una nota dolente al Metr poco professionale e poco collaborativo con i clienti Per quanto riguarda i menu bimbi deve variare un bambino non può mangiare solo pasta al pomodoro oppure cotoletta fritta Menu adulti non può iniziare con il pranzo e finire con il pranzo del giorno dopo e poi cambia Colazione sufficiente Voto allo chef insufficiente si inventa le cose menomale che non ho mangiato alcuni piatti ordinato perché aggiunge cose non sono presenti sul menu ed essendo allergico potevo stare male menomale che me ne sono accorto Vorrei fare un consiglio se fosse possibile Il menu non deve durare così tanto Visto che c’è veramente molta confusione nella gestione della sala Fare un foglio giornaliero del menu e lasciarlo sul tavolo al cliente in modo che lui possa scegliere già quello che vuole da mangiare pranzo e cena e lo consegna a fine colazione In modo da velocizzare il tutto è sopratutto dare una mano in cucina perché per mangiare solo il primo abbiamo aspettato più di un ora in sala era presente solo una persona che poverino ci mette tutto il suo impegno Concludo dicendo che tutte queste pecche rovinano la bellezza della struttura

Recensire un albergo non è mai facile poiché il giudizio è composto da mille dettagli, vediamo i più importanti. Posizione 10 Su una collina fronte mare, fresco la sera, vicino a tutto (Talamone, Santo Stefano, spiaggia dell'Osa, Feniglia, ecc). Sia appartamenti che camere. Piscina non grande, personale molto cordiale, un buon ristorante. Sono organizzati per animali domestici. Hanno una convenzione con un lido a pochi minuti molto buono ed un servizio navetta piuttosto frequente. Colazione 7 Abbastanza ricca e fresca, peccato che in vari momenti finivano dei prodotti e passava tempo prima di riaverli. Un solo tostapane per tutti. Piccoli peccati di organizzazione. Pulizie 5 Intendiamoci il luogo è molto pulito e ordinato. Peccato che per ben 3 volte non ci hanno pulito la camera ed ogni volta dovevamo farlo presente alla reception. Forse sfortunati noi ma abbiamo sentito anche qualcun altro lamentarsi. Prezzi 7 Assolutamente adeguati alla zona, anche quelli del ristorante interno (per chi non prende la mezza pensione). Svago 8 Animazione non invasiva, campi da tennis, calcio, bocce, ping pong, agility track dog, piscina per adulti, una per bambini ed una idromassaggio con bella vista sul mare. Camere 8 Grandi (almeno la nostra), cabina armadio, doccia, terrazzo, climatizzata. Buoni i prodotti in bagno. Forse un pochino trascurata la manutenzione. Manca la cassaforte. Detto questo ci tornerei, piccole cose si possono sempre migliorare
