Amazing place to stay! It exceeded my expectations and I will definitely be coming back to stay again someday. The service, the always HOT Coffee and the Breakfast is Bomb!!!. I recommend this La Quinta Inn in Orem, Utah to anyone looking for a place to stay. Rodney, the gentleman that checked me in on Saturday night was a true professional and he even went out of his way to tell me about the surrounding area, so I was well equipped with knowledge of everything that was in the area. He had a great attitude and it was like 1230am.
Thank you La Quinta Inn in Orem, Utah. I will be back!

There was one step member. Her name was Dee and she was very helpful. There was no place to hang towels, and so it was impossible to be green!
The hot tub was too hot to get into the swimming. Pool was ice cold! When we asked the motel receptionist if she could add cold water to the hot tub, she did bring out a hose and turn the cold water on and said she would be back to check on it in a couple minutes. She never did return, we did cool, the hot tub down, and we did turn the water off. Otherwise there would have been a terribly watery mess! That particular receptionist seemed to put out by everything including our checking in

Went to a family get together WHEN WE GOT TO OUR ROOM ITeas nice and quiet and clean with a view. We cgot to sit by the window and enjoy the night view. Very clean and peaceful.

It was terrible! When I got there the heater wasn’t on so I went to turn it on. I had to mess with the trip breaker on the outlet for a few minutes to get it to stay on. I thought about calling down but I’m not a complainer (I’ve worked customer service my whole life) so I figured I got it going it wasn’t a big deal. It quit working in the middle of the night & we couldn’t get it going again. The shower head had no pressure, the sink honestly had more pressure. The beds were on springs & were so loud. But I’m more upset about the heater & shower. I talked to the front desk as I was leaving & all she said was “I’m sorry”

Hotel is OK- room needed repairs- TP holder coming off of wall, tissue stuck in the peek hole in door, remote needed new batteries. Bed was fine, it was clean enough.
Jacuzzi is tiny- like 4 people could actually sit in it- the board on the wall says it is for three people. When I went in, i was alone and soon I had 10 other people joining me including their children who wouldn't get in the pool because it was freezing. Needless to say, I left.
