When we booked there were not written that we have to l Pay deposit . I booked on the behalf of the company for our worker Guy in the Reception didn’t allow our worker to enter to the room unless we pay deposit it is not professional to do this . We have paid the hotel and not able to enter .it is first time which has been faced with hotel that they require deposit when we booked with Trip.com I hope and believe that service will be approved Thanks in advance for consideration

Worst place ever. Sketchy people it looks abandoned. The room are the worst.

10 minutes from the airport(MOC) Days Inn, though without an onsite restaurant/bar, is within a short walk to a Mexican Restaurant, Burger King, Waffle House and Wendy's. One downside is the hotel apparently has ceased it's airport shuttle service. For the price which I find reasonable it's an adequate layover hotel.

I loved it thank you was a great stay also the breakfast was good I liked when we got fresh linens and towels

Infested with roaches. Roaches under the bed around microwave in bathroom. Dirty floor very nasty the only good thing about it was the truck parking

Dirty floor, a/c noisy, so noisy i had to max the volume on tv. Barely cooled room. One washcloth, c' mon, onr more washcloth aint hurting the hotels stock. Pillowcases hadnt been changed. Other than these few inconveniences, i had a good nites sleep.

The Days Inn brand is pretty miserable these days in Orlando. Note: there are 2 near Orlando Airport. They are miles from each other. It is easy to check into one, thinking you are going to the other. The Florida Mall one is basically a truck stop. Several semis were parked in the lot at this motel. Luckily they were not idling. Several of the street lights here were out, so I parked near the front office. The desk staff was functional but not too cheery. It's barely above a Motel 6. Okay for one night, but not any place to build a vacation around. Take a picture of your car before you turn in, just to prove it was there, if needed.

We were traveling to see our father who is in the hospital. We came into the airport very late, and had to wait for our rental car. I called the front desk from the airport to make sure we were still good with the reservation, and was told that the room would be held for us. Once we got to the hotel, we were told that the room was marked as a no show. The very rude front desk clerk sighed heavily and said that she would “go ahead and give you the room”. She was very short, and when I asked her where she would recommend us to park. She again sighed heavily and said “I don’t care, that’s up to you”. We just needed a place to sleep and shower prior to heading to the hospital to see our father. The room was dirty, there was hair in the sink, and there were 2 very thin and ratty towels for 3 of us to shower. The beds were old and creaky, and very uncomfortable. Overall, a terrible experience!!

This is probably the worst hotel I have stayed. Everything is so dirty except for the beds, but there was a bug on my pillow in the middle of night! The toilet was not even cleaned and had poop stained on the back of seat. Bathtub is brown looking! Kids running and playing in the hallway at 10:30pm. Nothing was supplied in the room, no cups, no coffee! Luckily we didn't have to shower here.
