I am grateful about the location, and I am aware that when I checked in, it was pass midnight, and I knew then, so little could have been done if I were to complain at the front counter. I just wanted to sleep.
Our room was dirty, I even saw a roach.
Heater didn’t work, at a cold night, it would have been a great help. I ask for clean towels on my second night stay, and I was told I can only have one. Well, damn.
I can understand that maybe the hotel is short staff, and some things could have been missed, but as a paying customer, arriving into a dirty room, unacceptable.
I will never book with this hotel again.

The quilt is dirty, hairy, and full of bugs and ****. It costs 20 US dollars to store your luggage. Don’t come here.

Hidden fees not mentioned on the website. Last day appeared a undisclosed charge like pending but no explanation.

Definitely get what you pay for. Didn’t see an incredible amount of bugs, but did see 3 the last day.
Was told the desk was manned 24 hours a day but no one was there when we went to check out. All closed up. Dropped keys through a slot on the side and am hoping for the best. Did call and confirm they got it. All in all probably would not stay there, but it was definitely cheap which is what we were looking for

We like the location since it is close to everything needed but the staff attitute is terrible. No one cleaned the room for the whole time we atayed there. I will never stay there again

The room is an excellent value for the price. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was EXTREMELY clean. I was very happy with the value for the money. Rooms in Orlando are quite expensive and this is a great alternative. I would definitely stay there again.

Didn't find that people really cared about the facility but the staff was wonderful.
