Staff is so nice and always smile with quick and accurate responses. Room charge is reasonable during peak Christmas time but the indoor cafeteria should be improved as the area is so small but the quantity and quality of breakfast is really good

Comfortable hotel rooms and slow internet speeds are common problems in most hotels in the United States. There is ample parking at the hotel. Air conditioning system is good. Is a good value for money hotel.

The environment is too bad, the service is poor, the equipment is outdated, the attitude of the waiter is too bad, I will never recommend it to friends.

For the price point I was satisfied, given I just needed a place to stay on a longer trip. Basic, comfortable, clean accommodation. I wouldn't choose it for vacation. Had a bit of an odd vibe. They called me prior to checkout time to make sure I was leaving, which felt a bit pushy.

Simple place, simple breakfast, and old furnishings but is ok for our one night stay. Near Universal Studios and Dezerland Park. I just don’t like that they ask and charge your credit card $100 for incidental deposit. I need to check my credit card the following day to make sure I won’t be charged for it or the credit is placed back to my account since we left the room clean and none of us smokes… I will check my credit card tomorrow.

The room was not clean and had a smell to it, there was people roaming the halls all night yelling keeping my child and I up until 3 am, the pillows are like throw pillows you would have on your couch as well. Breakfast was good. Staff was welcoming. Location is nice if you’re looking to be minutes from the theme parks but for the price I’ll be staying else where next time even if it’s next door at the Hampton Inn considering we travel back and forth every other weekend for a get away.
