Everyone at the hotel is very helpful and informative. Breakfast is a little lacking but its passable. Great location, 7min drive from UCF Addition Financial arena. Cheapest price around too for what it is. Great for a single night stay, maybe 2 but anymore than that the bed will mess your back up and the minimal shower water pressure will irk you.

The room had an extremely bad odor the cleaning people tried to cover up with a deodorant that was so strong we spent the first 2 hrs in the room with the doors propped open as it was so overwhelming. It definetely triggered my allergies the chemical smell was so strong as a cover up.

The staff was friendly. Breakfast was very basic room was nice and clean. Pool area could use some work. Hot tub was not hot at all.

Every time i travel to Orlando to see my daughter i stay at this location. Its clean ,quiet, service is good and hot breakfast is good as well.

The property have nice. Only complaint is that the bedding could use an upgrade. The comforter made plastic or paper sounds, it was wierd.

Multiple issues with room 417 in order of significance:
1. Room door difficult to open.
2. Television sound was too low at maximum volume.
3. Shower head was too loose to adjust spray direction.
4. Tub and shower was aged and repaired.
5. Towel hook was loose and fell on my wife’s foot.
6. Desk lamp was plugged in to light switch controlled plug, so that chargers not charging when lights off for sleep.
7. Alarm clock was set for 6am - atypical alarm clock but was able to turnoff.
8. Bathroom door had to be propped when not in use - not good for handicap room
9. Garbage cans were in hidden corners of main room and bathroom - odd
The staff was great and offered to move rooms when TV sound issue reported, but we were already unpacked and did not want to move to another floor. The other room issues were realized during the 1-night stay.
We would love to try the property again provided a complimentary night for the inconveniences we experienced.

The employees were nice. The breakfast was good and at least some hot choices, but it was the same every day. Very limited bread, cereal, and fruit choices. Room was nice enough. Bed needed replaced.

I recommend this hotel, very good.
I suggest that you have more options for breakfast. That would be fabulous. The hotel staff is very friendly and courteous.

The only thing that was not satisfied was the breakfast. Everything else was great! Bedroom and bathrooms were clean the room very comfortable.
