This hotel is a very nice place to stay.

No problems. Only problem is trying to book more days-- always sold out

#positive #I was happy with the Convenience of Transport, Toiletries, Mosquito Control Measures, Nearby Shops; The hotel is very clean, there are refrigerators, microwave ovens and induction cookers, but no hair dryers. The sound insulation is just okay, in general there is no big noise. But the curtains are venetian blinds which are a bit loose. Will recommend to friends, a very reliable hotel. When I left in the morning, the front desk pulled the curtain and quietly put the room card behind the window

Floors were sticky, staff unable to provide extra pillows, no glasses or even paper cups in the room. You can do better than this hotel!

I NEVER STAYED THERE, THERE WAS NOBODY IN THE FRONT DESK WHEN I ARRIVED . THERE WERE SKETCHY PEOPLE OUTSIDE . I HAD TO LEAVE AND FIND LATE AT NIGHT OTHER HOTEL. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER.

First off I request for a king size bed on ******* and they gave me 2 full-size beds….also we had no rags to bath with

The hotel was very sketchy. The place looks like it has been run down with no maintenance. The rooms smell like bleach which caused my 5yr old son to cough for most of the night. Things in the room did’t work properly and the bathroom was not that clean. We had booked the hotel for 2 nights yet cut out a day early and they didn’t even bother to ask why we were leaving a day early. Next time I’ll spend a bit more and get the peace and relaxation you look for in a hotel.

We stayed for 5 nights was great to have a kitchen in the room. Our tv did not work the entire stay and we could not use our sink in the bathroom other than that it was a good stay overall

Broken shower knobs, broken drawer, hole in the door, car needed vacuum and roaches. Online pictures look nothing like the room. Checked out and left.

Pictures online are very misleading, the a/c barely worked, did not get the king bed request (was given 2 queen), front desk uncoordinated, hotel smelled weird, everything felt cheap, roaches in bathroom, etc

Clean property, close to various dining options!! It’s a shame that when I walked up to check in, I was greeted by the front desk agent with “ I’m not clocked in so you have to wait…..what do you need? I said I’m checking in- someone will help you in a few!

Nice place. It allows pets so it had a smell in the halls, but the room smelled clean. The TV was cracked and it was quite noisy at night with people blasting music at 1am. I was not expecting much with the price that I paid, but I don’t think I will be coming back.

I can't begin to express how awful this place was. The women at the front desk was so rude. I had a number of issues, including my TV and room wifi not working. She literally walked away from me, saying she was "checking", and never came back. I was only staying one night yet she thought having the maintenance person check the TV the next day was a reasonable solution. When I asked for a couple extra pillows (the ones in the room are tiny), she said she could "spare" one. I had to call the wi-fi provider myself to get the service in my room fixed. To top it all off, there were bed bugs. I ended up with multiple bites. I took the sheets off and had to sleep without them because my phone was not working properly and when I went to the front desk (again) nobody was there to help). I had the worst night sleep because the bed was so uncomfortable and the walls were like paper so it was noisy. Finally, the whole place had an awful smell. STAY AWAY from here!
