Numerous code violations, to include hotel elevator expired certification. Once got to hotel amount I paid doubled due to resort fees and parking. Resort features like big pool were all closed down

Hotel pool was closed for repair, checking in took almost an hour. Could not sleep due to guest yelling and swearing after 11 pm had to call security to get them to stop. Breakfast was 60 $ for 2 people when it was advertised for 19$ a person. Could not get a seat by the water park way over crowded. Had to ask maintenance for toilet paper and find a maid for towels. Hotel fees were double what was advertised. Very upset may never use this app again

We paid for a 2 bedroom suite with a king bed. We were in the 1st floor room. The couch in the main living area blocked the main exit. The master room was a queen. The 2nd room had two twin beds on metal frames. The room smelled and was hot.
The bathroom had zero room on the sink and or a place for dry towels. I am not sure that this room was really made for 6, as advertised. We paid the resort fee and was not able to use any of the facilities.. we left as soon as we could in the morning. We would not recommend this hotel.

Even tho was a great location to be close to Epcot and Disneys Spring, they hit me with a ridiculous amount of hidding fees that i dont even know whats for and $27 for parking fees, Omg thats insane, i travaled alot and Ive never ever paid for parking spot at any hotel, this experience was horrible and in top of this the elevator was out of order and i have to used stairs to bring my own stuff upstair with kids and eveeything else, room was in a decent condition but i feel like they robbed me, ended paying almost $400 for one night stay and original amount was $130 "" limited time offer ""😭😭😭

Old outdated nobody to greet us at the front desk and then when we looked at our room it was dirty the bed he pulled back at hair and dirt on the sheets and we checked out immediately

Cleanliness overall wasn’t great. Definitely some attention to detail was missed. Other patrons were extremely loud all night. Overall good value but probably will not stay again

Staff were very polite and helpful, but they were understaffed. The flooring in our unit was very poorly done and there were huge gaps and a tripping hazard. Otherwise it was a nice property, good amenities, comfortable beds.
