I stay usually in a nearby hotel but was fully booked and I had to come to Quintessia. Very welcoming staff, very pleasant junior suite with comfortable bed and acceptable pillows ( at least we can pick our favourite). Simple breakfast ( not many options and the scrambled looked not very attractive) but the good news are that restaurant “Jardin” at night offers a very nice dinner options in a very cosy atmosphere with attentive and efficient service. Very good food with very nice presentation. I will repeat for sure since I visit the area very often. Positive surprise

A business trip with two colleagues led us here. I had high hopes from the reviews but upon arrival to my room, I was very disappointed. All three of us had the same issue of a musty odor perfumed with a room freshener. We all noticed a good amount of mold in and around the showers. In my case, the soap dispenser had been removed from the wall leaving a metal bracket but no soap. Maybe the funniest issue was that the door to the toilet scraped against the toilet seat. Meaning, if you open the door, it will run into your legs unless you squeeze into the corner. Bizarre.
All of this would be perhaps expected from a modest one-star property, but given this is a 4-star resort, it was shocking and incredibly disappointing.

Superbe séjour au Quintessia la chambre Natura avec balcon vue sur jardin était spacieuse et décorée avec soin, la literie moelleuse et le silence absolu. Merci au personnel qui aux petits soins et très professionnel. L’emplacement 10 minutes en voiture du centre de Nantes. Le spa, jacuzzi hammam et sauna sont accessibles sur réservation ( avec petit gâteau et thé, merci !) et la piscine intérieure ensoleillée j ai adoré ! Nous n’avons pas dîné au restaurant ce sera pour fois prochaine car nous reviendrons !

Merci de votre accueil très chaleureux. Nous avons passé un merveilleux moment dans votre établissement. De l'apéritif au diner, tout le personnel a été souriant et aux petits soins pour nous. Chacun a eu des petites attentions ; mention spéciale pour Charles qui a su nous conseiller pendant le diner avec chaleur et gentillesse. La cuisine est de qualité et les chambres (avec terrasse) sont confortables et spacieuses. Nous reviendrons certainement !

Dans un écrin de verdure en ( presque) centre ville de Nantes, cet Hôtel Spa est une belle surprise! Personnel très agréable et accueillant, espace détente sympathique. Mais finalement nous retiendrons surtout cette belle rencontre avec Charles qui nous a accueillis au restaurant de l’hôtel avec un professionnalisme et une gentillesse exceptionnels. Laissez-vous guider par ses conseils, il accorde mets et vins avec passion. Charles a aussi le souci de transmettre à son équipe l’amour du métier en toute simplicité , bravo! En cuisine le chef propose des plats d’une grande délicatesse. Au final un moment rare ( de plus en plus rare dans nos restaurants) et très très agréable au Quintessia!

Très bel hôtel chambre très confortable, et spacieuse. Environnement très calme, hôtel entouré de verdure. Le personnel est aux petits soins et est très professionnel. L espace aquatique est au top quant au brunch le dimanche midi c est exceptionnel. Nous avons passé un superbe moment très relaxant que nous referons rapidement. Nous recommandons
