The location of this hotel was good. The room and the bathroom was quite small. The hotel only provides the basic amenities to me. It gave me the feeling : I booked and came here just for sleeping.

新大阪の一つ前の駅が最寄りで新大阪駅までも10分ぐらい歩いて行ける距離です。
部屋も綺麗でとてもいいホテルでした。

西中島南方駅からも近く、コンビニも近くに有ります。部屋も清潔で、ボディスポンジとインスタントコーヒーのアメニティがあり、良かったです。

新幹線で深夜に新大阪駅到着でしたが
心地よい対応で快適に過ごすことができました。

前回利用して、とても良かったので、今回も利用させて頂きました。
基本的には良かったのですが、部屋の清掃面で問題有り。前宿泊者のものなのか清掃者のものなのか、明らかに使用済みだと分かるマスクが落ちていた。また浴槽にも髪の毛が何本も落ちている状態でした。
とても気分が良いものではなく、気に入っていただけに、非常に残念でした。

沒注意訂成吸煙房。想改成無煙房要加2000日元 這個區很多抽煙的餐廳 沒什麼吃的 晚上不太安全😐一分錢一分貨

總體還可以，性價比很高，住的很舒服，樓下羅森，711，familymart都有。去地鐵也很方便。就是前台會私自問你要100日元的錢，有點weird，事先也沒説好。錢雖不多，但這個是啥啊？
