Very clean rooms. Love that there’s no carpet in the room; luxury vinyl floors. Also, maybe the only hotel I’ve seen that offers two King bed rooms. Bourbon bar is nice although the prices are expensive even for hotel liquor.

The hotel is a bit dark. The rooms on the first floor can't see the sun. I feel that Ctrip's hotel reservations have pits, the first day is very cheap, and the price will increase every day in the future. I've rarely stayed at Hyatt Hotels but I'm glad I did this time because it was a real treat. The rooms were well thought out, practical and yet stylish and clean. The staff was super friendly and went out of their way for me. And the breakfast was amazing. I've never had any hotel breakfast come close.
