Went on a family trip of 15 people to Kashmir. We stayed here for 3 nights from April 10-13. Of all the hotels in Kashmir, we absolutely loved this hotel. The staff were amazing and super duper helpful. Everything we needed or asked for was provided with smiling faces always. Our group had a 90 year old and 2 kids aged 5 and 3. The dining staff would always accommodate to their needs with no hesitation. Special thanks for Johnny and Tausif for all their support and help- we had a great stay! :)

Family of 4 visiting from Europe staying in the Royal Grand Suite for 3 nights. We prepaid the full amount by int'l bank transfer which worked very well. All built in fine wood, the room was fabulous with a splendid view of the mountains. Very friendly, courteous and helpful staff. The dinners were ok but can be improved on.

We went as a group of 3 families with 9 people and had 3 Grand Suites booked...rooms were nice but let me state that the Staff was awesome...in particular Shoaib, Vasir, Aadil, Wasim, Saqlain and Junaid ...the food was yummy and the service was great.

Had a fantastic time at Royal Hilton and special thanks to Shoaib bhat for being an incredible help. The hotel and staff ***agement were very professional and the view was incredible “. I would highly recommend other to visit this hotel and not to mention the incredible food!

Excellent location. Very helpful and courteous staff. Good breakfast spread . Room was clean and view from the room was great. Rohan at the desk and Shoaib Bhat and Adil were very helpful. Chef Younis and John took good care of us during breakfast. We will come back again with our kids.

It was a pleasant stay at this property. Rooms are so clean and well equipped with mountain view. Hotel team is so cooperative and helpful. Local market is nearby hotel . View from hotel is so good and pleasent . Foods are delicious . Thanks hotel team for best service.

Exterior look is just marvelous,but the rooms are old and decent.The location is picturesque. My only concern was with the food. Hailing from a Jain family it was difficult to cope when both veg and non veg food was kept together. The staff in the restaurant are very sweet except a few. They made seperate food for us and also offered us cut fruits. But a few staff were rude. And one suggestion is that there are 2 restaurants and you can keep seperate restaurants for both veg and non veg

Took a Suite room. It was excellent with beautiful views, very comfortable beds. Was super relaxing. The food was yummy. The waiters were extremely helping and the hospitality was superb. They made their best efforts to make us have that 'feel good' experience. In all Superb
