Location: in town. 5 min walk from bus. Staff: amazing & friendly. Very helpful, they organised tours. Nothing was too much trouble. Check in: quick & efficient. Rooms: very clean. Comfortable beds. Clean sheets & pillows. Good water pressure. Hot water no issues. Fridge provided. Mini bar empty, nil cooking options. Pool: clean, open. Hot tubs: 100,000 pesos. Should be included in booking. Restaurant: expensive, limited. Not many healthy options. Not many vegetarian options. Breakfast: good, sufficient, though pretty much the same each day. Would be better if there were added greens, or at least the option of tomato & spinach, mushroom to add to the eggs. Bus: from La serena terminal. 6000 pesos one way, leaving every hour. Approx 2.5 hours.

Lovely hotel. They have a variety of rooms. All them are beautiful. I specially liked the one with a sunroof. All cabins have very comfortable beds, modern bathrooms. The restaurant has really good gourmet food. Breakfast is included which offers homemade bread. The stuff is kind and very accomplished.

Cold nights and cold rooms. The hotel is clearly not prepared for cold nights. We asked for heaters in our rooms ( 2 adults and 2 kids) and were promised they would install them while we were out for dinner. Nothing… Next day the sane thing, but we got the heater from the front office. We plugged it in and the whole electric grid went down… This place is not setup for cold nights…stay away

hotel sobre valorado, mala instalaciones, habitaciones sin climatizacion, piscina en malas condiciones, gerencia sin soluciones concretas lo único positivo de este hotel es el personal que trabaja en el. fuimos como familia y nos ofrecieron habitación con dos camas , lo cual nunca se concreto, nos cambiaron en tres oportunidades de habitación, pasando a llevar nuestras cosa personales sin consentimiento alguno, pedimos devolución por no cumplir lo que ofrecen y se negaron en todo momento, obligándonos como familia a permanecer en sus instalaciones deficientes . Con todo esto convirtieron nuestras anheladas vacaciones en una mala experiencia, por lo que no recomendamos este hotel, que pasa a llevar lo mas intimo de una persona.

Fantástico! Una hora en la piscina con vista a los cerros se siente como una semana de descanso. Patricia es la recepcionista más profesional y simpática que me ha tocado en Chile, felicitaciones! Además nos organizaron un tour astronómico via whatsapp cuando ibamos llegando, gracias. Desayuno generoso.

Sin duda lo mejor del lugar fue la atención de Nicolas en el restaurante y el pisco sour. La habitación limpia y espaciosa pero sin vista o mejor dicho con vista a los baños y su "terraza" sobre la tapa del desague. Los jacuzzi de exterior demasiado caros (50 mil) y ediondos a agua estancada. El desayuno rico y contundente pero la atención deja mucho que desear, no atienden las mesas por orden de llegada, dejan esperando a la gente mientras otros llegan y los atienden enseguida. Las chicas de recepción muy lentas o dormidas y no dan detalle de todo el consumo al hacer el check out.

El desayuno pobre, además mala información, el personal atiende mal, no nos quisieron servir desayuno, muy caro para lo que es, y la comida mala, no hay existencia de vinos ( los que dicen en la carta) y además muy pequeños estacionamientos…

Hice la reserva días previos y de inmediato se comunicaron conmigo para entregarme los datos de cómo llegar. El estacionamiento es bueno. La habitación (para 3 personas) estaba en un altillo, era amplia, limpia y la calefacción era perfecta para la noche de invierno. Ojo que hay que subir hartas escaleras. La habitación tiene una terraza con maravillosas vistas. El desayuno… OTRO NIVEL!!! Lo puedes pedir a la habitación o en la sala común. Es una comida estándar para todos igual: café de grano recién preparado ❤️❤️❤️, leche, jugo, tostadas, jamón, queso, huevos revueltos y unos queques. Volvería sin dudarlo.
