Personal maravilloso,comida riquísima y hotel precioso...pero muy descuidado.Es una pena porque lo demás de diez.El entorno es excepcional.Se lo recomiendo a todo el mundo, después de estar allí y recibir sus tratamientos termales y su cariño, se te olvida lo malo.Yo de hecho,voy a repetir en cuanto pueda.
Recomiendo mucho sus lentejas de castañas y el chuletón de vaca gallega.

Pluses:- -Nice setting in the middle of nature -Aqua Spa & Massage facilities -Good food Could be better:- -Attic room allocation means one has to carry luggage up one flight of stairs. One has to be be ultra-careful while moving else likely to hurt one’s head in the lower part of the attic room. -Forgot a pair of new sandals near the spa pool which were reported as lost by the hotel, after a request was sent the next day itself. -The service at the restaurant during dinner was not upto the mark. I asked for only the main course of their set menu as I was not hungry, and was charged even More than their set menu price at the end of the meal! At yeh very least they could have informed me of this anomaly when they agreed to serve only one course! -The breakfast spread was also not great compared to other similarly-priced hotels on the Galician Camino route. -In short, this was the only hotel during my Camino travel from Sarria till Santiago de Compostela where I felt a lack of service-orientation.

Sadly having read all the reviews, I’m actually convinced the hotel does not wish to learn or improve. The rooms are very tired and basic. The spa is mostly out of order therefore you pay 10 euros but the sauna is broken. The gardens are poorly maintained so whilst there is a river at the bottom of the garden, it is not really accesible. As a camino pilgrim getting to the hotel is a nightmare so I would not recommend for anyone who has walked to Palas del Reí. The hotel does not offer transfers and it is overpriced.

Beautiful property and location. Off the beaten path while on Camino. It was an additional 4 mile walk from center of Palas de Rei. We did have easy access to rejoin the Camino from the hotel-directions from front staff. The air conditioner didn’t work-main negative. Otherwise we were very pleased with our overnight stay.

We were a family with two teenagers in a family room with a large double bed and two single guest beds with excellent mattresses. There was plenty of room for all four of us and luggage.
Breakfast was good with several items to choose from and variation from day to day. Due to corona there was no self-service.
Cleaning was top notch.
Indoor pool and sauna were good - there are towels by the fitness equipment for free use. There are also two roof terraces with deck chairs - and fantastic views.
Aqualuna across the road was really good. You will be given free tickets at reception and a towel at the entrance, and then there are sunbeds, a pool and the opportunity to buy good food and drink. It is best to shower at the hotel both before and after.
There are many restaurants in the area and otherwise there are several bus lines to Valetta right nearby.
