Peak View Resort and Restaurant by Cocotel

We stayed at Peak View for four days, and it was absolute paradise! Right when we arrived Chris was there to greet us and to show us to our three rooms. The rooms were so cute and comfy! The views were also incredible, and we practically had the beach to ourselves! Our family had time to bond and have fun over the next four days we spent there. The food was also delicious and Roxanne and the other cooks always kept us full! Gigi and Joel, the owners were very sweet and even made this delicious salad for my sisters who were vegetarian/vegan! Chris also hooked us up with a boat tour and it was so fun, even though the weather was kind of crazy! The crew cooked us lunch on a private island and we enjoyed swimming and snorkeling. Chris also took us to a couple of scenic viewpoints to take pictures and was our personal photographer! Peak View is definitely a place where you’d want to stay, trust me. You will receive a very personalized experience and the staff will make you feel like family! The last night we were there, everyone hung out, Chris, Joel, Gigi, and we all laughed and ate good food. I was sad to leave this place, and this part of our family vacation was one of my favorite parts of visiting the Philippines. We will definitely be back soon, I highly recommend this resort!
Lazuli Resort

Exceptionally happy we we went to Lazuli resort. Will defitely come back and spend more time here. We spent 2 nights here with the intent of doing an island hopping tour but my my famiky wanted a break from the hectic schedule at El Nido so we decided to just chill here. Nice resort with good amenitis in a laid back town. I have dabbled in surfing over 10 years ago but gave up since windsurfing was more fun for an avid windsurfer like me. In short I am a beginner surfer and a decent windsurfer, hydrofioler. There was a very friendly and small contingent of local surfers who had a shack adjacent to Lazuli. Since it was a chill out day for us, I decided to get a surfing lesson. Man o man, I am still day dreaming about that sandy beach break, me and a high school batchmate who was also staying at Lazuli had the waves to ourselves. The locals actually gave us priorty on the aves, it was unreal. Surfing right at the resorts doorstep with amenities like swimg pool, airconditioned rooms, good food, island and land tour in an unspoiled setting. If you are a beginner or intermediate surfer, this is 10 times better than Siargao, no crowd and sandy beach break instead of reef break. I think they are hosting a surfing competion at the end of this month. Another unforgetable experience is the fortune of observing giant turtle laying eggs the beach on our first night. Amazing sunset as well. How magical this place is.

Very nice place the facilities were very clean and the service was amazing people were very kind. The food was outstanding I recommend the chicken san Vicente. Although there is nothing to do around bc is a very small town the hotel gives you the island hopping, massages and the beach which you could enjoy, good place to relax for a weekend.
La Bella Swiss Inn

The room was clean enough. But the air conditioner's work was very upset as it works very loudly. One day we returned to the room at 12 o'clock but there was no electricity so we couldn't even take a shower. As for cooking, it was very unpleasant that there were no many items from the menu, and from those that are - forget to bring, very long to wait and bring cold dishes. Rice was prepared horrible.

Stayed here for just two days and I felt at home from check in until I left. At the time I checked in I was the only guest, but I think that is not why I was pampered by Pinky and Russell :) They are both so friendly and kind. Room came with fresh towels, shampoo and soap. Bed was comfortable and the water pressure of the shower was a blast! For those who cannot sleep when the sun shines in the room, just bring eye cover. Russell brought me to the tip of the mountain overlooking the long beach. She gave me a private mini tour and was so kind to let me drive her scooter. We had dinner in a nearby restaurant. Pinky was so accommodating and helpful with all her connections and knowledge in the area. My breakfast was superb with local honey that tasted so great! Only authentic local honey is served here :) Try the rum and coke at the bar, it gives quite a quick because of the local rum. I wish I could have stayed longer.

A cheap simple accommodation option, we've got everything in the most, but if you're looking for comfort, you better choose options more expensive. The room is spacious, there is a bathroom, but everything is quite twisted, wouldn't mind a little upgrade. There was not enough shelves in the room and hooks in the bathroom, things had to be folded just on the floor. We spent only two nights there and therefore no claims, but for a long time for a rest would have chosen something more comfortable.
