Kavish Jawai Village Resort

Very good place. Staff cooperation is well-done. I like very much. Please visit once. Leopard safari is very adventurous. We are enjoying jawai dam. Pool in resort is very clean. Room service and staff facilities full time and helping available.

Good Resort , Supportive staff. Food is extra ordinary. They take care of our basic needs & always ready to attend with their politeness. Best ambiance of resort. Must visit in any seasons. Good Places nearby the resort & also they arrange comparitive safari for guests

So this was my third trip to jawai. I was so excited about the same as jawai has always been one of my favourite places on earth. It is a place where you can feel peace and at the same time enjoy some of the best adventure as well. People there are very welcoming and warm. Since, this time, I was going with my friends, we decided to book a resort that has a pool and we ended up booking Kavish jawai village resort. This resort changed my entire perception about jawai. I had the most horrible experience at this resort. WE WERE DETAINED AND THREATENED BY THE GENERAL ***AGER MR. AJIT AND SOME MR. MAHENDRA (WHO I BELIEVE IS ONE OF THE OWNERS OF THE RESORT). To start with, our rooms were not clean. The bed sheet and the comforters had blood stain marks, food colour marks on them. Bathroom drain was filled with hair. There were no toiletries in the bathroom. The same was provided to us after 24 hours of our stay. We had to keep on asking for the toiletries through out day 1 of our stay. Since, the phone line of our room was damaged, we asked them to change our room but they didn’t give us another room (even though they had vacant rooms). So every time, we wanted to order something/ask for toiletries, we had to go to the reception. The AC in my friend’s room was not working. We told the staff about the same but they were super casual about it and were not ready to accept that there was some issue in the AC. When we were checking out, we noticed that they have charged us more than the MRP mentioned on the mineral bottle. The price mentioned on the bottle was Rs.20. However, in our bill, they had mentioned Rs.53 per bottle. When we inquired about the same, the general ***ager started behaving rudely and said he cannot change the bill now so will provide us 10% discount on the bill. We then spoke to the owner of the resort, who to our surprise started talking to us rudely. His exact words were “If you would have ever stayed in a PREMIUM PROPERTY, you would know that there is a thing called service charge”. We informed him that service charge is optional and the customer can say no to the same. Further, it should have been on the Overall bill and not on the bottles. Further, even though, High tea was included in our package, they charged us for the same separately. The property also charges for the Ice cubes that you order. The refrigerators in the rooms are not working. We had booked three rooms and the refrigerators in any of the rooms were not working. Since, we did not want a discount on the final bill and wanted them to charge us on the MRP mentioned on the bottle, we asked them to change the bill. They said they won’t do it and started behaving rudely with us. They started abusing and threatened us that WE WOULD NOT BE ALLOWED TO LEAVE JAWAI. To our surprise, they locked the gates of the resort and one of the persons started screaming “Ek Ek ko pakad k maaro”. If u visit jawai u must stay at kavish jawai village it is having Very nice and peaceful a**osphere In There all the staff is very humble and supportive They made our anniversary memorable with all the setup they had made for us Cake ,food and beverages all things were really tasty Swimming pool is also well maintained U must visit there for ur hoildays

KAVISH JAWAI VILLAGE IS an Excellent Resort. Great service by them. I got best services beyond expectations. The room was very spacious, clean, and had the all amenities we needed. Breakfast was delicious and with ***y choices; it was a very wide buffet spread. Superb taste and homely quality which suitable for kids and aged also. The people in the reception were very helpful, not just on checkin and checkout, but also in giving directions to spots. I specially thanks to ***ager Mr.Ajeetbhai for a wonderful service and taking personal care for my anniversary celebration. I also thanks to Mr.Rajnish for providing tasty and quality food. Also thanks to Mr.Bhawar and Karan for beautiful House keeping service and also thanks to restaurant staff Mr.Banty and Pradeep for nice service at restaurant. Thanks to everyone at place 🙂🙏🙏 The location is great- very near to Village and with silent environment to feel the nature. In last I want to say that this is not the only Resort but like our second home which will give you better feeling than actual home. All you must experience once in life. At the time of last moments me and my wife and also kids feeling just like leaving family members...... That's great feeling....Not able to describe in words.... I would recommend to friends, and will definitely stay again if Im back in Jawai"

Third grade service.. slow service at restaurants .. Not recommended no words to explain ..rooms are having one or other issues with room condition n cleanses .. hygiene missing We had been asked for packed breakfast on day of check out as we have to leave early no one bothered .. not even got tea coffee at lest .. no helper’s there Better to stay at other locations by paying such fairs ..

It was excellent memory there! All staff very co operative ! Plus very trustworthy, Food was awesome nd prompt service! Network issue was there but ok! Swimming pool, game zone , rooms were excellent ! One thing must keep in mind that take your safari in Evening slot only

Amazing place, excellent food and Very good service. The Safari was a wonderful and adventurous experience thanks to Jayanti bhai. The staff especially Mukesh took really good care of us.Swimming pool is clean and well maintained
