Barceló Aruba - All Inclusive

Absolutely loved our room. Everything was perfect wouldn’t change a thing and we will be back.

Check in and check out at the front desk was disorganized. No lines and was a free for all. Need to do better being more efficient here.

American Airlines cancelled my flight to Aruba so I wasn’t able to check in to this expensive hotel. I’ve repeatedly asked for reimbursement/ refund! This is not acceptable!

Overall the place was great, the staff was amazing. My only complaint was that there was not enough pool or beach chairs for how many guests they accommodate. Also, their restaurant selection isn’t the best but the buffet was great.

Barcelo Aruba's staff were polite and very helpful. The premises however were worn out and need renovation. We were told that there have been several owners in a row who have not done what is necessary for maintenance. There are also shortages of towels and difficulties in finding spots at the pool (or out of the sun at the beach) unless one goes there to reserve at 6:30 am. The food was plentiful but only average even at the "special" restaurants. The drinks were syrupy and watered down in general. Hopefully if renovated and the cuisine improved, this would really be an excellent hotel.

The staff are nice when you are interacting with them. The pool is a nice size, nice swim up bar. AC in the room works. There’s no negative remarks I would make. I, along with my family and friends enjoy our stay at Barcelo Aruba & will plan to go back.

My son went on this trip. He said it was very nice for the price, except it was very hard to get towels in the rooms.

The rooms were clean and the staff was very good. The Wi-Fi was intermittent at best and leave a lot to be desired.

Properly is very dated, food is ok, bar situation needs drastic improvement. Probably would not go back to that particular resort.
