We are just back from a 3 night stay at the hotel. The stay could not have been better. The hotel has real character with the building dating from 1874. The renovation was to the highest standard retaining much of the original character. The room was very spacious, immaculately clean and benefited from nice touches such as a sun hat, magazines etc The staff made us very welcome right from our arrival. They provided a list of recommended restaurants and booked two of them for us along with taxi’s. The restaurants were first class. The hotel location is excellent, set back from the city centre in a quiet street but within easy walking distance of the key attractions. Highly recommend this hotel and it’s staff.

Nice little hotel in central Palma. Good service, nice rooms and prices not too bad. Breakfast was good and beds was very nice. Very nice that you can book the pool for a private session with your friends. They forgot to clean our room one day, but after some fighting with the reception they managed to fix this during the evening. Could have been handled better by the staff but all in all I would go back to Mhouse hotel again!

This may be due to the time of year and not many tourists around. A few negatives which contributed to the 3* review - We had a room which overlooked the road and cafes. We woke multiple times a night from the reception door opening/closing beneath us and also the late night sports bar situated two doors down. It was open till the small hours of the morning with drunks screaming and on one occasion fighting outside. This isnt the hotels fault of course but perhaps better sound proofing is required. The shower pressure wasnt that powerful either but unsure if that can be improved.

When we arrived this true Paradise, our breath was taken away by the amazing welcome! I can't imagine a more relaxing setting or location for a city getaway! Look at my attached photos and you will agree! The true reason why Posada Terra Santa is one of the very best hotels in Palma with nearly only Excellent reviews (5-stars) is the beautiful people that works there! - they made us feel so welcome and comfortable all the time. This is one of the most relaxing hotels in any city around the world we have been visited! Our room (no 201) was well appointed and spacious, equipped with everything you could want. A huge (2x2m) comfy bed and a bathroom with walk in shower. The room had a very efficient air-conditioning which is very important during the summer in Palma! We enjoyed a marvellous breakfast each morning and also a very special dinners - all with impeccable service. The service level at breakfast is on same high levels as the most luxury resorts, we have been visiting in Seychelles, Maldives, Mauritius and Hawaii! The rooftop plunge pool and deck area provide a perfect spot to unwind and relax after exploring the Town Centre. A huge congratulation to the whole team at Posada Terra Santa! Keep up the amazing job as you guys are making your clientele happy, relaxed, feel safe and special! As a person who travels a lot, I can highly recommend Posada Terra Santa. Very close to the central station in the city center, the surrounding is more convenient. The room is a little old, but it's hard to find a single room at this price in a tourist resort. Dear Brondo team, Thank you SO MUCH for making my birthday weekend so memorable!!! I had gathered friends from Paris, London (and even NY) to Palma to celebrate my 35th birthday weekend. The hotel is great with trendy decoration in the rooms and an ideal location. (20min walm away from harbor to bo on a boat; a few minutes away from Santa Catalina spots, I recommand Santa restaurant and Sala Luna for dancing). Thank you to the Brondo team for making my Friday welcome dinner so memorable (with the amazing decoration!!) and also for the kindness of the staff who was always so attentive and working to make our lives easier. Many thanks to Sara at the reception in particular. Please do not hesitate and book Brondo for your visit to Palma!
