"The location is very convenient for beach lovers and there are nearby stops for buses to town and the airport. I had a very positive experience with almost all staff except for one lady. Hate to do this but will point out what rubbed me the wrong way. After breakfast one day I went to fill my travel cup as I have a special tea and wanted to drink it while getting ready for the day in my room. She came to me and said that taking out coffee ”is not possible”. I explained it's just hot water and she walked away. On face value it's nit a big deal but really, what is it one coffee for a hotel in which a breakfast is already included? And she assumed it was coffee while it was just hot water. It was mostly the manner of her approach. There are right ways to talk to your guests and that wasn't it. Another thing is the noise- you can hear everything and everyone. The bar is frequented by local people and it could be noisy as well. I have to say the bar noise didn't bother me, it in a way added to the atmosphere, it was nice to be in a place that the neighbours love and we're genuinely enjoying themselves. But it was very annoying to hear guests slam doors in the middle of the night, using the toilet, having loud conversations, even cleaning their sinuses... I'm not sure if anything could be done about it as the walls appear to be paper thin."

"Very easily accessible to airport and centre of Palma.
Very clean and although central to C'an Pastilla, quiet at night. Staff were very helpful and friendly.
Single room was small, however, modern as described. A balcony would have been nice. Breakfast was good, enough choice to suit all, hot and cold options. I decided against buffet dinner option. Looked good value, however, I prefer a seafood resturant.
Luggage storage was a bonus and use of a shower prior to return evening flight."

"I stayed there for a total of three nights. The first upon arrival and the last two upon departure. The hostel is great so far. I think the rooftop terrace is a highlight. I find it quite modern. This was my first time doing something like this in a box bed. Two of the three nights were very pleasantly quiet. The last night was a bit of a nuisance. But that has something to do with decency or sobering up. Which doesn't help the hostel's reputation. I would come again. I definitely felt safe and secure."

"The rooms are great, spacious, and clean. Its only a 2 minute walk to the beach and the streets are bustling with music, bars, and restaurants. The bathrooms are amazing, well lit, and comfortable. Breakfast was banging! And the dark hot chocolate, AMAZING, even though it was from the machine. Their breakfast spread is varied, with vegetarian and halal options. They've got a balcony for you to chill and a pool. Its budget friendly and definitely worth it. My friend and I had a great stay. The staff were so sweet and kind as well"

"A very nice clean hotel.
Positives:
Large, clean rooms with a nice balcony.
Slippers included, although they were a bit too small for my size 10 feet.
Reasonably priced bar and restaurant and the food was very good.
The service from the receptionists and bar staff was very good
Free bus in the morning which takes you into the centre of palma
Negatives:
Location. There is a small beach nearby which is very nice but there is not much else to do nearby at least when we went in late February which is off season.
We found the shower difficult to use, which could just be us being stupid but still worth a mention
When I paid I’m sure I picked a room with a Mountain View but got a room looking over the street. Not a big deal though as we didn’t spend much time in the room.
Overall for what we paid it was an exceptional stay I would recommend."

"This hotel is relatively small, and the facilities are relatively old. The safe is an ancient one. I closed it and it couldn't be opened. It seems that there is no electricity... and the washbasin is outside the toilet. The whole decoration feels a bit like an urban-rural junction? The main thing is that there was no hot water on the first night of check-in. The next morning, the staff promised that it would be fixed during the day, but when I came back in the evening, they still said there was no hot water... I asked the front desk for a solution, and then they moved us to another HM hotel chain. I strongly recommend everyone to stay in another one... because it is newly renovated, the room is huge and very modern, and there is a bus stop for the A1 airport line downstairs. Figures 2 and 3 are the new hotel we moved to later."

"This hotel is a forced choice. The hotel conditions are very average. Of course, it is a youth hostel. However, their mattresses are made of artificial leather, and the pillows are also made of artificial leather. It is not recommended to stay in this hotel"

"空港からのバス停の前にあり、場所がとても良かった。ホテルのロビーはシンプルでわかりやすく、水のサービスもあった。部屋は予約した部屋と異なる部屋になっていたが問題なく、基本的に清潔だった。
無料の水が2本あり、有料のミニバーがある冷蔵庫にはスペースが余っていたので冷やすことができた。
朝食は素晴らしく、温かい食べ物、ハム、チーズ、ヨーグルト、パンが充実しており、生のハチミツもあった。
一方で、部屋には蜂が入っており、夜中中カーテンの外側を飛び回っていた。ルームクリーニングの際に入ったのか分からないが、少し気になった。
ベッドシーツは綺麗だったが、ピローケースの一つにシミがあり、気持ち悪かった。海辺なのでしょうがないかもしれないが、シャワーの水圧が少し弱かった。
朝食会場のエスプレッソマシンの調子が悪いのか、ラテマキアートを入れたら牛乳がダマになって出てきたのと、コーヒーが薄く、コーヒー以外にはミルクと紅茶のみだったので、ジュースか水が欲しかった。
チェックインの際にスパの案内がなく、スパに気がついたのはチェックアウト日の朝食のタイミングで、少し残念。wifiの説明もなかった。"
