Excellent facilities and excellent service at such a tariff. However I give 3 rating because of following reason. There is a guy named Abdul who has tied up with hotel for rental bikes service and cruise tickets. Please crosscheck whatever he offers especially the choices of cruise and their prices. One may get duped as well.

The only issue i faced that rooms can get humid sometimes as exhaust does not work all the time. Overall great experience at the hotel as its located at a quiet place . Very clean and friendly staff. Hope to visit again.

Very good. Very clean. Very good food. Mr. Basil and the remaining staff were very friendly and duty bound. Requests were taken care immediately. They were ready to guide us to see that our stay is worthwhile and enjoyable. Met the operation ***ager, respectfully explained few things. Hope to enjoy the new cooks preparation next time we visit. Best place to stay in Goa. Very good customer service and hospitality Such a lovely place to stay all staff and others are very friendly and hard working people they always be there for any help at any time. The restaurant is also awesome. We can taste variety of foods.

Best to stay with your family and friends. Rooms are clean and tidy . Foods are good and quality. Besst room service. Vacation best place stay with your family. Lot of preference to visit guide also available . Kids enjoys stayin with comfortable.

So this hotel had been referred to us by the organizers of the #purplefest held in Goa last week. It was very difficult to find budget hotels with ramps and/or lifts in the Panjim area but this one had both. It is located near kala academy. Hotel is well maintained with clean rooms and staff are very helpful and courteous. All in all good value for money with the free breakfast option. Hope they maintain all the good points 👍

Very comfortable and clean room. Excellent service and staff. The rooms were regularly made and toiletries and tea stations refilled. Very comfortable bed. Room's tv had mostly only hindi channels. Some of the food was mediocre but otherwise fine.

The rooms were very spacious and clean. They hotel helped us in various things , like they helped us use the dining room for college activities. Overall it was a good place . Location was also good, had lot of shops around for us to roam and visit.
