Der Goldene Adler im Zentrum von Bautzen hat schon viele Jahre auf dem Buckel. An einigen Stellen sieht man es ihm auch an. Keine Abstriche gibt es bei der Sauberkeit im Haus und auf dem Zimmer und der Freundlichkeit des Personals. Zum Teil sogar überfreundlich. Nicht jeder möchte zum Frühstück 3 x gefragt werden, ob es schmeckt. Das Frühstücksbuffet war davon abgesehen recht ansprechend. Ein Parkplatz wurde mir hinter dem Haus auf einer unbefestigten Schotterfläche zugewiesen.

Direkt im Zentrum gelegen aber trotzdem ruhig. Zimmer waren sauber, Betten und Kissen alles bestens. Das Haus ist nun schon fast 500 Jahre alt, da sind die Zimmer schon etwas eigentümlich geschnitten. Aber das ist halt so. Das war seit langem mal wieder ein Hotel, wo es Nähzeug, Schuhanzieher und auch Briefpapier gab. Passt aus meiner Sicht bestens für so ein Haus. Und ist mir definitiv lieber als die hoch optimierten Hotelketten. Frühstück war auch alles frisch und lecker mit einer guten Auswahl.

Sehr schönes Hotel, mitten in der Altstadt. Ich hatte zwar ein Zimmer nach vorn, hab aber vom Lärm nix mitbekommen. Die Zimmer waren gut und sauber. Der Service war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Ich konnte problemlos das Frühstück nach buchen. Das Frühstück war sehr gut sortiert und reichhaltig. Einziges Manko waren die Kissen.
