밤 늦게 도착했을 때 불편했다는 리뷰를 보고 걱정했는데, 도착해서 관리인들이 있어서 다행히 불편함은 없었습니다. 매우 친절해서 좋았습니까. 안에 시설도 정말 깔끔하고 편리했습니다.

This was the best place we stayed while in Costa Rica. It is a mini 1 bedroom apar**ent and was very clean and had all the up to date amenities that would be needed. We also went fishing in Quepos and needed a freezer and this apar**ent offered that to freeze our fish for the flight home. Would definitely stay here again next time I am in San Jose!

Enjoyed my stay at Apartamentos Cityzen, good location with easy access to convenience, pharmacy, and various food trucks and Starbucks. Clean, comfortable, and good communication from host.

Check in was not easy or friendly since the reception was closed. Had to ask around call to understand the check in process. They should have a informative sign if nobody is going to be at the front desk

The accommodations were absolutely beautiful and perfect for our stay. It was difficult to get in touch with the front desk with the information provided on **********, but once there, the front desk went above and beyond. Rebecca was wonderful. The area with food trucks out front is great and the hotel shuttle to the airport was convenient.

Always beyond excellent customer service in this property!!! And housekeeping does a great job to keep the place very clean!!! Great to come back here.
