the inn has a good location, close to the historic center. Breakfast is good, diverse. However, the maintenance of the rooms leaves a little to be desired. We went as a family, we occupied 2 rooms. In less than 1 week, one of them had problems with the handle (the key would not fit in the lock, the handle was constantly coming off) and with the toilet, which was partially clogged.

We were disappointed! Our intercom did not work during the 4 days of accommodation, the TV only worked on the 3rd day, the air conditioning did not have the front part that directs the air. The air was right on my son. I suggested putting Adhesive Tapes. Before arriving, I sent a message asking if there was a hairdryer in the room. They said yes. I didn't take a hairdryer. The room didn't have a hairdryer and the employee said it did!!! Unbelievable. When I proved that the hairdryer was not on the bathroom wall, he proposed to dry my hair in another room before the guests arrived at the inn. Surreal!!!!! I complained a lot and a hairdryer appeared at 23:00. They don't check the rooms before the guest arrives???????? TV, intercom and hairdryer?!?!?! There are 03 items!!! I had to ask them to clean the room better. Staff service is terrible. The only employee who takes the inn on her back is Natália who lovingly tries to “put out the fires” with a smile on her face. We ask for cutlery at night to eat a pizza and be amazed…. There was no cutlery because the kitchen is locked at night! The clerk found 2 forks in drawers and gave them to us. I have never seen anything like it!!!! The boy at dawn and Natalia are the only ones requested. The others don't care to help at all! There is no training at this inn! Mainly in how to deal with the public. Lack of affection. I don't come back!

Right away I was delighted with the beauty of the inn, a somewhat rustic environment, perfect service by the receptionist Daniele as soon as I arrived and Natália in the morning, very well maintained garden, spaces for rest and games very large and airy, incredible pool, rooms super clean and spacious, parking, the chapel of Nossa Senhora da Glória is a charm on its own, now the difference and the big surprise was the breakfast with tapioca made to order, corn couscous that reminded me of the trips to the northeast and not being able to leave out the great service of the kitchen staff and the pool bar, simply fantastic inn!!!

The worst hotel I have ever stayed in my entire life! When I arrived there was a used and smelly blanket in the room, I asked for another blanket and it came even more disgusting in the middle of the cold season, clearly used blankets smelling of sweat. I just got home with my body riddled with allergies. The room looked more like a litter of mosquitoes. On a day that I requested cleaning, I arrived from the tour and the room was exactly the same. I spent the last night with soaked towels. The breakfast is terrible, they serve KI-JUICE. I found the cumulus! On the last day there was an orange juice. The daily rate is not worth 1 real. What regret!

Perto do Centro Histórico, atendimento excelente, piscina muito boa e limpa e café da manhã muito bom.

O hotel é largado, o estacionamento não cabe a quantidade de quartos oferecidos, ninguém para ajudar, param o carro de qualquer maneira, e ngm vem olhar,O café da manhã é fraco e demora a repor. E quando você solicita, ficam de cara feia, achando que estão fazendo um favor. Chuveiro falta manutenção. Odiei a experiência. Não volto, pq o bom é só a localização. Próximo ao centro histórico.

Lugar muito agradável com uma ampla área de lazer, jardim bem cuidado, pousada em boas condições. Café da manhã muito bom e quarto e banheiro amplos. O pessoal é amabilíssimo. Em frente à rodoviária, o que facilita acesso a mercadinhos, padarias, sem causar problema algum. Bem próximo ao centrinho, enfim, tudo ótimo. A única ressalva é a quantidade insuficiente de vagas no estacionamento que é pequeno.

Pousada agradável. Bonita, bem localizada. O café da manhã atende bem. Tudo estava gostoso. Atendentes prestativos.
